Never skip pond day! ❤️💪🏼😎👍🏼❤️
Too beautiful I really enjoyed watching this video have a beautiful day God bless you always
Hey greg, I am blown away by every home you visit...I love your job
Hey Greg I love the way how it’s all up close and personal with their house and how beautiful the landscape looks it’s all just so much awesomeness in a little area like if you agree 👍👍
Now I know why I keep enjoying this hobby and I need to go on and improve all my Ponds!
The koi in there are sooooo beautiful. Keep up the good work
i know right
I think the water feature is absolutely amazing.
Greg, heads up, YES, everyone DOES want a water feature surrounded by a forest in their back yard. The real question is, what size of rain forest they want in their back yard.
Me personally, I love the big rec pond style, lol
And I will have one in the near future.
Your an absolute inspiration with this channel. Love it.
Xoxo
Mike's dad's pond is gorgeous! Lotus are my favorites. Good explanation on the benefits of wetland filter too. (BTW...re-gift the wine to me at Christmas!) Kudos to your lifelong friendship with Mike ! Hey Greg...I'm getting lots of ideas from these vlogs...and you know what that means!
Beautiful pond and I love the Macaw!
Such manly men talking about plants/ponds/fish. I mean cool, that stuff is for everyone but I’ve never really seen that before lol
This is my favorite out of all of the waterfalls and ponds 🐠🌿🌺 ,if this was larger, I'd never leave my house
Thank you once again for another enjoyable video with fish ponds made to look natural with careful plant positioning and choice
God bless Greg
I can tell Mike is a wonderful person! 😊
Just beautiful plants
Beautiful Pond WOW I Love it
This is so amazing I have watched this more than 5 times in 2 months!
I am Dutch as well! It's always nice to meet others from my country. Being Dutch doesn't mean you have a special accent though. In fact, I'm practicing a British accent... Nice channel though!
Just completed all i can on the online classes i cant wait to get out there and build my first pond!! Have a 26' stream pondless going in spring as my first intro to this amazing work!!
That's awesome, Aaron!
Woo! Those pictures 😍✨.
Mike builds great ponds! Another great video PG!
It's magical! Your lotus pond & your creativity inspires me so much 😍
Gorgeous pond !!! Love the rock work Mike did !
Oh my goodness what a beautiful pond & water feature, love the beautiful butterfly koi. Lotus grow very well in our area & before summer heat I’m getting a couple for my beautiful pond you guys built.
Cool video of you & your college buddy, two branches off the same tree (careers)! Greg, could you please do a video of the night time landscaping lights in and around the ponds? We're getting ready for ours next month and need inspiration ❤
Greg I wish I could come landscape with you and get to see all these ponds in person! Keep up the amazing content
Fantastically done backyards
my dad would never let me. He lives in the "rich area" which would hate a pond. They have the nice luxurious real estate appraising pool. The worst part is he has this small pot that gets filled with water everytime it rains and he gets excited about the frogs that come. But the Appraisal>Life
I fail to see how a pond can reduce the value. If anything it should increase.
I started laughing from the intro😂😂😂💯😂😂💯🐐
Hi there. I just subbed because I realize you pretty much a neighbor LOL Im in Saratoga County, not far from Saratoga its self. Its great to see some one so successful that is local on utube
Love all these ponds. Love to have one of my backyard. But like many others I just don't have the finances. Enjoying the ones you're looking at though
Eva Parker you can always start with a patio pond! www.aquascspeinc.com
Awesome
Beautiful
Cool video
. Another great video!
Incredible!
Can't stop snickering at the team of body builders in daisy dukes haha...
Gord Szolnyanszky you were still in diapers bud!
What a job😃😎👍
Nice ponds i would like to see some more ponds from everyone in the comments
Its all beautiful and I've never seen the gorgeous colors on koi like they have in this pond i love it,where did they get those koi ?
I’m jealous
beautiful ponds, your college buddy has some skill with rock-work for sure. I wonder if he'd travel to Delaware!
Sniper Pigeon we have Certified Aquascape Contractors that do. www.aquascapeinc.com
So cool that you get to work with a lifetime friend. What other professions afford you the ability to develop such sustaining relationships despite living 1000's of miles away from one another?
How scalable is this?
Can you make a large stream and large ponds for a city? Montreal is attempting to restore some ecosytems along old rail tracks, it seems that this would help an ecosystem return and improve with time. The site is situated next to a canal that has cotimination from years of industrial traffic, I could imagine that a filtering system and an outake to the canal could maybe improve the conditions of the water and surrouding ecosystems over time. I hope the city of montreal really invests into the restoration of the ecosystems that were destroyed. would be a pretty inspiring message, include monuments to the industrial era.
Good
👏👏👏🥇🥇🥇
Nice job!
Great vid
Everyone is first till you refresh
so, never refresh ;D ;D ;D
0:45 OMG!
Hey, what year was that bottle? Chateau Montelena Chardonnay has been sold by Spectrum Wine Auctions for $11,325. Whoo
I comment to this video, i like paul cuffaro👍👍
Subbed love your channel
Is this for real, yes it is . Thank you
✌🏼
A pond like that would freeze during the winter. Something under 2 feet freeze the whole pond up here in northern Arizona
Elroy Williams the ground warms the lower water. In Zone 5 Chicago we get a max of 8” of ice
In 95' I was grade 2. 😲👀
I always wanted a pond like that but I bon't
Greg, I love your work. However, I'm going to cut to the chase, what I wanted to know is how will You and Paul know who entered the contest or not? Thanking in advance.
OSSO Paul asked for a pond kit to give away in a contest to his viewers in Oct. I agreed. How it gets administered is his call. Good luck!
@@GregWittstockThePondGuy ah I understand now
Adipoli
How do you keep racoons away from the fish (and turtles if you have them)?
Like
Omg lol can you fly over and make me one ? What’s the cost ? I’m in Elk Grove California
Do you have watercress ?
when are you going to build my man catch em all fishings pond?
That looked like a Midwest home and then you mention Ohio State. Lol. What are the steps for the pond to survive a winter?
How is that these ponds don't seem to have any string algae? I have very similar setup with a bog, plenty of plants, plenty of airation, two large filters, a uv, a resonable fish load, zero ammonia, zero nitrite, two large filters but I still have tonnes of string algae! The nitrate level is low as well. What could I be doing wrong?
1. Your UV could be killing off bacteria giving the string algae more resources during bloom periods.
2. These ponds might have an IonGen system which releases copper ions into the water which helps with controlling excessive algae blooms.

@@seedsofnaturewatergardens thanks, I'm going to try the iongen.
@@GregWittstockThePondGuy thanks, I will try that.
We’re is the place
Heyy
I’m first
No dislikes no
Maybe the neighbor has dogs and they need a lot of space to run around in.
HERE'S AN IDEA OF WHY "EVERYONE" DOES NOT HAVE A POND, RATHER THAN A BARE BACKYARD. WE DON'T HAVE $50,000.00 OR $100,000.00 OF DISPOSABLE MONEY TO BUILD ONE, OR A SON THAT WILL BUILD ONE FOR FREE.
Hey Roland! They're not all that expensive. You can have a nice pond for under $10K. Check out these options: www.aquascapeconstruction.com/water-gardening-store
Couldn't watch this one - your camera man was terrible and I was getting nauseous. I've thoroughly enjoyed all of your other ones.
NASA Lies???????? No Way!
I don't understand why you have to drain and clean every year. If it's a balanced ecosystem I can't see how that would be beneficial.
I have the answer for why not everyone will not want that pond they dont have the money or credit to make one now you insists for people to have one make one for free for every people that want one that simple
Hi Greg, I generally like your videos, but can't stand the cheesy music covering up the sounds of the ponds and waterfalls, You have a natural setting but overpower it with things a person might hear in a rave or dark stereo room. Is this some sort of marketing technique? I find myself missing lots of your comments cause I have muted the video.
