Authorities turn blind eye to fortnight long water wastage at Bhatlem Panjim

It appears that the PWD officials have developed cold feet to stop the massive water wastage at Bhatlem, Panjim, despite complaints from the residents, a fortnight ago. It is pertinent to note that the water wastage daily for nearly 60 hours over the last 15 days.
