I have Argentinian friends which their dream job it's to work on Disney and then work on civil engineer and robotic engineer to design robots and engineering architecture on USA and thecnology

This might be a silly question, but is a professional internship different than the Disney college program or is it the same thing just two different names? 😅

The College Program and the Professional Internship programs are completely different. Professional Internships are full time internships on professional teams within Disney typically behind the scenes of the parks or other lines of business, while the College Program is a job as a front line cast member in the parks.
