Ellos lo que dijeron era.que si Billie.fuera latina de donde.seria, y se.contestaron que de Argentina. Yo estuve dandole cabeza a lo de xque nos llaman latinos aun cuando Roma y por consiguiente ustedes Hispania fueron los primeros latinos, pero debe.ser que latinoamericanos era.muy largo y nos empezaron o empezamos a llamar latinos, xque somos los descendientes de los latinos (ustedes y Portugal y en menor escala Francia) en este continente a diferencia de los anglos (o sea ellos, Canada, etc.). Si, Rosalia es de ustedes, pero nps emociona oir a los gringos cantar en español, x que por mucho tiempo ellos solamente cantaban en ingles,.salvo algunas excepciones y nosotros si escuchabamos cancionesnen ingles, pero tambien en otros idiomas y prestabamos atencion a la musica y no el idioma. Estoy segura que eso ocurre con mayor razon en Eurppa,.pero los.gringos siempre han sido muy cerrados con todo y ser nuestros.vecinos y teniendo una gran porcionde estados.que eran de Mexico y todavia se habla español en esos estados por la gran cantidad de hispano parlantes en estados como California. Pero parece que al fin se estan dando cuenta que el mundo no son ellos solamente.

El término latino que utilizan mucho en EEUU abarca muchos países, incluso aquellos franco parlantes y luso parlante (portugués). Yo en lo personal me identifico como hispana. Detesto el término “latino”. Ya lo tienen muy gastado!!!

Casi llorar de la emoción porque una norteamericana canta cuatro frases en español en una canción con una artista hispana nos hace ver el complejo de inferioridad que aún tenemos. No creo que a los americanos les importe una mierda oír cantar a Rosalía en inglés.

Yo no me.emociono he estado viendo todas.las reacciones para.analizar las.reacciones de.ambos.lados. Soy latinoamericana y mi pais ha.tenido mucha influencia gringa. Aun ahora analizo en mi pais muchas reacciones de ambos lados (El canal de Panama), por supuesto que tengo parientes gringos, pero soy 100% hispana. Y tienes toda la razon, por un siglo (xx) nosotros.oiamos las.canciones en ingles y nos gustaban por la.musica en si, no importaba el idioma. Pero me.doy cuenta que con el internet, y no se si por.despacito o que???? Ahora.muchas colaboraciones entre hispanos y gringos se estan dando. Y ellos estan descubriendo nuestra musica. Pero ellos tienen tantos.hispanos en EU y son nuestros.vecinos del continente, con una gran cantidad de tierra que era de.Mexico y que tiene muchos descendientes de ese pais y que hablan el español muy bien y ellos cuando mi familia me envio a la Universidad alla, me.preguntaban si yo hablaba panameño. Las universidades de ellos llenas de extranjeros.de.todo el mundo, a diferencias de las nuestras, y con todo y eso aun no se.molestaban en conocer el resto del mundo. Billie said in an interview that Rosalia coached her on pronunciation, so that’s probably why her accent isn’t super noticeable. That’s also why she was pronouncing certain things the Spanish way lol (some areas of Spain drop the last letter if it’s after a vowel, like how Billie said “crew” instead of “crewth”/“crews” in the word Cruz.
So..if we’re gonna put her in a Spanish-speaking country, it’s gotta be Spain ;). The Galicians are the ancestors of the Irish anyway, so she’s basically already related to Galicia 😂.
But if you mean just Latin America, then sure Argentina, I guess :p

Ustedes dos estan locos... I heard the song and loved it. However, I hated the video itself. Too inconclusive. Also hated the autotune. They are both amazing singers and using that crutch was totally unnecessary. Both the lyrics and music are very complex and once again shows the amazing creativity of Rosalia and Billie, now finally together. Lousy video and horrible and needless AT.
