Those saying she is off on the first verse - you are wrong - her timing is perfect - listen again to the original synth version - the guitar/synth part is offbeat. Her vocal here is the best live version I've seen - because she is not jumping around and performing - so her vocal is pretty good. Other performances of this expose her as a very average vocalist at best - in the studio the autotune is clearly working overtime. If you use it in the studio then your live performances are a huge risk. In the other concert/awards ceremony performances of this song the choruses sound great because she is singing along with a studio recorded backing vocal track. The verses - bit of a car crash.

Who paid somebody like you to come up with an ignorant comment like this? You seem to be doing a very good job. Agreed, some notes are off but they're barely noticeable. She wasn't off beat AT ALL so you can throw that claim down the drain. Maybe she was sick or tired, who knows? And, even then, she did a pretty good job.
not even sure what you're talking about? i can't hear any noticeable off pitch parts, other than what is typical for all live performances. mostly she just sounds impressive. and i have a trained ear with these things.
