Nice dude! Probably the main reason why I'd want to stay in the USA these days... the music and liveshows!!!

Haha yeah man they killed it! Thanks for checking it out! Sorry for the poor quality.
We may have gotten lucky too. Apparently they may not be closing their set with this song anymore. When they dropped their new album, George said that they're probably going to change their set closer to World Stops Turning.

@@tiltedhorizon1435 that'd be a killer closer too, glad we got to experience a slice of AOF history then

Holy shit they're back together! Haven't thought about them since 2018 and then his Biden shows up and reignited the love!

Yeah man! Apparently it was all because of Covid! Lol! Whatever it took tho, I'm glad! These guys were my favorite band back in high school, and quite honestly they probably still are. I've seen some good shows in my day, but these guys did not disappoint and put on one of the best! And they did it all without all the theatrics! Just pure rock, energy, and love for music! And I think that's one of the things I respect the most. Not to mention, these guys are so laid back and humble! We were fortunate enough to get to hang out and talk with Dallas, George, and Steele for about 45 mins after the show. Such a great experience!
Thanks for commenting! Music bonds us all!

@@tiltedhorizon1435 so jealous you got to BS with the boys. I only had the pleasure of seeing them once way back in like 06 or 07 with moneen. But I've caught almost all of their side projects over the years and met them indivually and the whole air of just being down to earth and on the same level as the fans is so sorely missing from music these days. Stoked to see what they have for the future. Now I just need Moneen to come back

@@tiltedhorizon1435 Not gonna lie, I'm jealous you got to talk to them for a bit! I waited after the show but it didn't seem like they were gonna come back out, so we left. They were out before the show but they were too busy to really stop and chat a ton and I didn't want to intrude by asking for a quick chat, you know? It was an INCREDIBLE show though! I had waited 16 years to finally see them live and it was worth every second of the wait. They played every song I wanted to hear, and a few more on top of that. They've been one of my favorite bands for a long time, and seeing them live reignited my love for their music. Absolutely can't wait until they come back.

@@pcwfan18 That's wild! I have been waiting 15 years to see them myself! I saw and met them at Warped Tour in Dallas back in 07. But it just wasn't the same, you know? They played like a 5 song set, it was during the day, hot as balls, and the crowd's energy wasn't there, so neither was theirs. And when I met them, it was at a Meet & Greet booth with a long line, so it was a quick in and out. This time, it was a totally different experience. Way better and definitely didn't disappoint! I think the intimate venue had a lot to do with it, but man...their energy was on fire!! Especially Steele! Funny thing is, I watched a video a few days ago of Dallas warming up on like a Dobro, at Warped Tour in 07 (the only other time I saw them) and Dallas was wearing a Harley shirt in the video. I was like..."that shirt looks familiar." Then I went back and looked at the pictures from the night of the show....he was wearing the same shirt, 13 years later! Guess it's his lucky pre / post show tanktop and a good T will last years! 😂
As soon as the show ended, I booked it outside to the smoking area and saw 2 of them walking to the bus. My friends and I had nothing else to do so we just stayed out there bullshitting and ended up chatting it up with the guitarist for Comeback when all of the sudden I see Dallas pop out of the bus and start B-lining it to the backside. Someone was lucky enough to have parked their car right there and they were in their car waiting when he popped out, so they jumped out and stopped him. That gave me time to hop the barricade and run over to him. I was smart enough to have brought a silver and a black sharpie so I asked for a pic and autograph. Ended up talking about his sister and some other down to earth convo. He ended up telling me and my buddy to send him our music! 🤯 What other artist do you know will say yes like that?! Dude was so humble. I could have spent hours talking to him, but I didn't want to be a dick and there were several other people walking up at this point that wanted to talk to him and get pics and autographs. Next thing you know, while we're talking to Dallas, George pops out to smoke a cig. So we had a smoke and talked to him a bit about some Aisan TV show he likes lol. Then Steele and Jordan came out. Steele was super nice and cool too, but Jordan went back in the bus before I could talk to him. Never saw Wade. Promise if you would have stayed 5 more minutes, you would have seen them!

@@toddnicholson2121 How are the Black Lungs live? I always wanted to go check em out, but I live in Shitport, LA, so I have to count on shows coming to Dallas or New Orleans to catch them. I saw City and Colour twice and Dallas is a really funny guy who puts on great shows...but holy cow nothing can top all 5 of these boys together!! Can't wait for the new album to drop! I'm hoping they'll maybe do one more US tour in support of the album before taking their next break, because I'd really love to go see them again!

You are the worst kind of person if you talk loudly while a band is playing…

Yeah I agree the people next to us were kind of shitty having a whole conversation during their last song. Like, I get yelling to your buddy, "This song kicks ass." Cause they can hardly hear you anyway. But those other guys should have went outside to the smoke pit if they wanted to have a conversation. Kinda pissed my phone picked it up so well. Lol
