July 2022. This was the first time I did this workout and I enjoyed the challenge. I did not start working out with Sydney until January 2021 but my strength and body has changed so much thanks to her. Am I the only one who stays to see those killer dance moves at the end of every workout video!?!? I swear she has the best personally! Those dance moves always puts a smile on my face😂
I just want you to know how much I appreciate the reminders to focus on form! Pull your abs in, don’t swing, stop at 90… All of those things slipped out of my mind when I’m focusing on just trying to get through! Those reminders really help me get the most out of each work out☺️

Exactly what I needed today. My improvement since 3/19 has been great but I was limited with my weights (I only had 3, 5, 8, & 10). Now that my gym is back open I just take you with me and grab the weight size that will really challenge me. It is so nice to have options again! I am all in for the next 11 weeks! I can't imagine a morning without your workouts! I have said it before, but THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO!!!

I'm thinking "yes, stop asking me" 😆 but I change that thought and just says "not too much". Yes I'm struggling but I'm getting stronger 💪.
