Let's really CRUSH this leg circuit workout together! I used 15, 20, 30, and 40 pound dumbbells today and we are rocking for 4 minute work periods. Day 10: Done! ✅ I didn’t want to do this at 5:45 AM but I ran through my day trying to find the time I could put it off til, but I found that if I didn’t do it NOW- I wouldn’t have time to do it at all! And I didn’t want to let myself down. So I got up and got to work and I MADE IT!
I resist the workout every time, but after I do it I find everything I’ve told myself during the resistance is a lie. I envision myself struggling, in pain, exhausted, I envision every negative situation and feeling happening to try to deter myself from getting uncomfortable. I’m working on being honest with myself, and with sacrificing my comfort for my progress. I can and will become the person I know I’m capable for being. I already am that person in this moment.

I usually do these workouts at 6AM, but I decided to make it a rest day to clean the house. Yesterday, I indulged a little on food, and I love working my body the next day to fight uncomfortable bloating. Needless to say, after cleaning the whole house, I still made the effort to see Sydney, no matter if I was off-schedule.
I'm so proud of all of us, and our strong leader!

Can't believe I gave that a thumbs up! Whew! That was a fight! I would never push myself that hard if I were working out on my own. Thank you, Sydney! Sweat dripping down all parts. Definitely going to need to stretch these legs muscles out some more or else I'll be one sore cookie in the next day or two. Getting stronger...let's do this!

Its been a hard week with my MS. I missed Mondays workout, only made it through 30 minutes of yesterdays before I overheated and got dizzy but today I crushed it!!!!! I'm sweating so hard!!!! Thank you for being a huge motivation for me!!!!! love ya!

I can say that my legs are stronger today because of all your workouts! Went cycling yesterday and “crushed” all the hills and still had plenty left in the tank!

Yesterday was a KILLER sweat fest😅💦💦today I was drenched with sweat too! But today my legs and glutes were on fire🔥and now I have to wobble upstairs to shower! I have a love/hate relationship with AMRAP workouts! I hate them when I'm doing them but love the feeling of accomplishment after I'm done! Thanks for another BRUTAL challenge!!

But I saw your pretty face on Insta stories and decided that im not going to fuck up my day just because of some biscuits. the best part of having air conditioning and having towels laying around is that the towels are cold and feel really good to wrap your head in after the workout. this pushed me close to my limits!!! ❤️❤️❤️
