To be fair I think the moment she ended her career was before that. I think it was when she decided to take the role of the judge, the jury and the defense attorney and decide on her own, which evidence she should share with the defense and which evidence she should hide from the defense

The court of public opinion decided Alec was guilty regardless of the truth. It was the responsibility of the armorer to ensure the safety of all weapons she was in charge of. Somehow, live rounds got into a prop gun. Alec Baldwin is not a firearms expert and was not under contract to ensure the safety of those weapons, Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was. There was testimony that Gutierrez-Reed was asked if these weapons were safe and she said yes. I think involuntary manslaughter is a fitting charge for her and a jury agreed. Baldwin should never have been charged in this case, to do so was frankly ghoulish.

A rock solid case of willful criminal negligence torpedoed by a biased judge and a technicality. Typical American justice system.

One thing I’d like to know is why is this judge questioning the witness.

Because it was a motion to dismiss hearing outside the presence of the jury and not the actual trial.

Why would you say that? The prosecutor had information that could be helpful to the defendant, was required by law to disclose, and did not disclose it. And then she blamed her paralegal to deflect responsibility from herself.
You not understanding the complexities of this case doesn’t mean there was favoritism.
A simple question: if you were on trail, and the police or prosecutors hid information that would make you free, would you be ok with that?

In all the trials I have watched in my lifetime, I have never seen so many women fuss with their hair as I did with the women who were sitting in the gallery. Haven't they heard of hair clips. It was so annoying to watch and is most insanitary as well. Wake up women! USE HAIR CLIPS and Stop touching your hair. YUK!

Her poor family, bad cops bad prosecutor don’t equal it wasn’t his fault. Still his finger pulling the trigger, still him aiming at her all gun safety 101. Wonder how many more will die and how many will get off with the “just an actor” defense. 🤦‍♀️

I hope you don’t go through life like that.
