Yooo!!! The Program I remember the seen in theaters where they were lying down in the middle of the street. And people mainly football players were doing it in real life and they ended removing that seen from the tapes and dvds if I remember that correctly.

About the foot, these characters are quirky. Surface dwellers are mostly insane. The guy injected cold fusion core into his head with a device similar to the Stimpak syringe. If he can handle stabbing himself with a pen-size needle, the leg is no problem. 😅
