Step 1. Laser focus on what you want and only what you want. Don't talk yourself or allow yourself to be talked out of your desire. Write it down. Don't let yourself get distracted.
Step 2. Question what you consciously and unconsciously believe about your desire. Limiting beliefs prevent us from getting what we desire. Practice self-mastery to overcome these limiting beliefs. This is important, because in life, we get what we believe about our desire, not what we actually desire. Line up your beliefs with what you want.
Step 3. Act, imagine and feel as if your desire has already manifested and from there, take the next step (take action) towards what you want. You must change on the inside before you can see changes on the outside.
    P. S please do watch the video tho!

Lena Kay's TEDx talk, "Three Steps to Transform Your Life," was incredibly inspiring and impactful. Her personal journey from homelessness and a brain tumor to becoming a successful transformation coach is a testament to the power of resilience and determination. I particularly appreciated the three steps she outlined for personal transformation:Shift Your Mindset:
    1. Challenge limiting beliefs and cultivate a positive mindset.
    2. Take Action: Step out of your comfort zone and pursue your goals with passion.
    3. Believe in Yourself: Have faith in your abilities and trust that you can overcome any obstacle.
Lena's story is a powerful reminder that we are all capable of overcoming adversity and creating the life we desire. Her message of hope and empowerment is truly inspiring.
I would highly recommend this talk to anyone seeking motivation and inspiration to transform their own lives. "Life never gives you what you want? it gives you what you believe?"

    Beautifully presented.
    1. Focus + Attention = Creation. Know what you want. Begin with the end in mind. Single minded vision.
    2. Change your Beliefs to support what you want. Change your internal perceptions of the world from the inside out. You live in a friendly universe.
    3. TAKE ACTION! Step 1 and 2 are useless without action. The good book. Says "Faith without Action is Dead"
Thank you Lena. May your life be blessed!

    steps:
    1) focus on your goals and why
    2) believe in your goals
    3) take action, and think as you have just reached the result.
we must change our mindset (way in which we think) in order to have different. result. 90 percent of the thoughts of your day is the same of the previous day. If you change think you could reach different result.

Very good speech, is the reality what physics say "perception creates your reality". 1. Focus + attention = creation (focus in what you want). 2. Self mastery (Life doesn't give you what you want, it give you what you believe). 3. Take action but wait (you can feel the future today and then take action, imagine you've already got it and then from that new conscious awareness you will take action

Life was going totally lost. The state level was deeply depressed. No hopes. The suicidical thoughts were started taken place in a slightway.
Accidently played this talk. Started watching without much Interest. Once the matter got disclosed who the baby boy is, again replayed the talk from first and started grasping the matter more careful than before.
As I was behind the topics such as brain and mind since past 2 yrs in practicing and unfortunately couldn't succeeded. The talk related subjects used to strike my thought mostly.
In the conclusion your speech has given some energy to give a try more to workout for the wanted life.
    Thank you Soo much.
May your words let change the difficult mental situations of lot fellows.
