Great series. I am not even a UPSC aspirant but it's good to have a basic understanding of the system and so far the series has been great at explaining them. All the best!
Now I understood the difference b/w cognisable & non cognisable as well as bailable & non bailable. I used to come across these terms in newspaper but before watching this video I didn't knew what it means. I'm watching ur series regularly it's very helpful. Tq so much sir. Tq study IQ team.

Sir, the explanation you gave on this topic, was so simple and breaking it into such and understandable language with general examples...hats off Sir. Describing something in such a way that the next person who is listening gets it a one go and do not have option for questioning further .Wow Sir.
Thank you sir for providing very valuable Information, cause up to today I don't know some of the things which are told by u in this video.i watched all your videos which are uploaded on this channel. & Also thanks to Study IQ.

Sir, I was charged for violating lockdown norms in march 2020. IPC 188 and IPC 269. I paid fine at the court. What kind of offence will this come under? Will it be a problem for my police verification in future?
sir i am student sir i broke the covid 19 notification sir i was went on road without mask and i was capture in cctv camera then after filed nc case broke the notification sir my question is there any problem in government job .or competitive exam
It was definitely useful but I was wondering you said mostly it comes down to the police station in-charge how they interpret and if they want they can manipulate in such a way they can benefit stronger (like a politician or as you said someone from high stature) so even if we change the IPC Act then again station-incharge can find some loopholes to benefit stronger person? Isnt it? So just changing law might not be the complete solution ? Thanks for the video. Reminds of one instance which was my first and last encounter with police ever when my mobile was stolen in bus so when i went to police station they refused to file FIR but all i wanted some proof so incase my telephone provider can give me same number again so they asked me to write application and they imprinted their seal and that worked for me and said it won't go into FIR register otherwise I need to go to court to get FIR registered.
@@prateeksaurabh cctns is the real time investigation procedure. I think that is for severe crime like rape and murder and big theft, not for mobile lost or any kind of lost. I was mentioning about the online FIR that can be proceed through your mobile just after the incident. Actually Few months back I lost my mobile and I went to delhi police(that day was Sunday). There at police station the officer was very cooperative and he told me that now we can complaint FIR online and he took immediate complaint for mobile lost. Also he provided me a number, on which I can make the call and check if my mobile is found or not.
