We need educated people in politics.
List of Required Qualifications for selecting MLA's , MP's,etc
1. Graduation in Economics .
2. JEE type Test in Civics and Economics.
3. Aptitude Test in Math,Science.
MLA salary is around 70000 per month but for engineers grads after completing formal edu upto 12th n then another 4 years of engineering writing exams each sem stressed out n end up getting 25000+ per month Majority of students from teir 3 colleges. So not fair, education n other parameters should be set for politicians as well.

Everyone looks at politics as a business, most of them as a family business, and hence wants to control the police since money can be made quickly if done illegally than legally and the only body which busts these illegal activities is the police.
That will not happen afterall it's all about power.absolute power corrupts majority of officers too.
Many of them come to politics later because they realise that how powerful politicians are and not to change anything

The Police system should be reformed. And, every cops (from constable to DGP) should have a fixed time duration for being posted in a post. Before joining the post, they must get the time duration.
Police reform recommendations of supreme court are just being ignored by the state for last fifty years.

What i liked most about the video is that, he not only pointed out the problem, he also tried to provide some possible solution.

They may take actions against innocent elected representatives. In a not-so-worse case scenario, coups can become common. A situation like Pakistan or Thailand will thus be not far.

सर्वप्रथम तो अंग्रेजों के पुलिस एक्ट 1861 को बदला जाना अतिआवश्यक है क्योंकि आज भी भारतीय पुलिस जनता की रक्षक पुलिस कम और अंग्रेजों की शोषण करने वाली पुलिस ज्यादा नजर आती है जिसके पीछे मुख्य कारण निम्न प्रकार हैं:-
1. पुलिस के जवान स्तर पर कम वेतन(भ्रष्टाचार को बढ़ावा देता है)
2. पुलिस में विभिन्न पदों पर सीधी भर्ती किया जाना जैसे- कांस्टेबल,उप निरीक्षक,राज्यसेवा से DSP एवं लोकसेवा से IPS(ये अंग्रेजों के हमे देन है जिबकी स्वम उनके देश मे सिर्फ कॉन्स्टेबल के पोस्ट पर ही सभी की भर्ती होती है और बेहतर कार्य और अनुभव के आधार पर पदोन्नति होती है।कर्मचारियों में अच्छा से अच्छा काम कर बड़े से बड़े पद पर पहुचने की प्रेरणा बनी रहती है)।
3. ड्यूटी के घंटे तय किये जाने चाहिए अन्य विभाग की तरह 8 घण्टे।(सप्ताह में एक दिन अवकाश भी मिलना चाहिए)

There is another way also---- IPS officers who are backbone of the police administration should not be under control of any one authority like state govt or central govt. For their premature transfers , approval of state govt as well as central govt should be obtained . If one authority has all the power over IPS officers then it may misuse it. It will prove to be well suited where state ruling party is not the central ruling party. In this way IPS officers may work with some independence and cannot be manipulated easily. Incidentally, why didnt we see any other T N SHESHAN for so many years? We need people like him .
