- "Another Eden: The Cat Beyond Time and Space" x "Tales of" series crossover Symphony “Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia” will be released in Ver. 2.5.400.
This crossover is not time limited and can be played any time! Clear the crossover Symphony “Tails of Time and the Brave Four: Tales of Chronographia” and Cress, Yuri, Milla, and Velvet will become your allies.
Crossover release date: December 17, 2020
■Original opening animation and theme song
An original opening animation has been created by the Japanese anime production studio, Production I.G., exclusively for the crossover. The theme song is also written for the crossover by DEEN, the musical band familiar to Tales of fans. The collaboration between Production I.G. and DEEN is the first one since the release of Tales of Destiny and Tales of Hearts, and the lyrics of the new song, “Machigainai Sekai,” are inspired by the Another Eden crossover. The opening animation is available in the crossover trailer, and will also be available in-game along with the crossover content.

@@edo20202 Looks to involve all time periods, and elementals, but more like something of a shadow/potential parallel timeline? Seems like its multiple prologues can happen as you go into the first visit Antiquity and Future, then Present, back to Antiquity (if the focus on elementals is so much), and start grind in Another Dungeons earlier instead of the long wait for P5's Mementos. The new maps/dungeons so farappear to be very primal/Antiquity focused so far too. So its a wider collab than P5 but might still focus on one time period (Antiquity instead of Present)

@@edo20202 I think the free stuff fits their model. they want dedicated players stuck to the game long term without much burnout, to take glances at the banners and buy in, as opposed to usual gacha 'GOTTA BUY NOW'. The game has moved more in the latter direction over time, but always does things to make up for it like this collab.

I honestly feel like like "Arknights" would make for a decent crossover. While Another Eden's "Antiquity" and "Present" lean into Fantasy, its "Future" and the entire "Arknights" world lean into Science Fiction.
I think nier replicant collab will have more chance to collab in AE because the release of the game next year

THIS GAVE ME CHILLS. I can't say how happy this made me. My favorite jrpgs series in a collab with this beautiful gem of a game that is Another Eden. We can see that in the P5R event, that WFS had care in introducing elements from that universe, and now with Tales, we have the most famous protagonists, with skits, too! Good to see my man Cless from Phantasia, Yuri from Vesperia, Milla from Xillia, Velvet from Berseria and other characters like Rowen, Magilou, Repede and Arche :D I am stoked!

That would be a trip for Cyrus and Frog to meet. Even if it's just for story purposes and we just get Crono as a playable character. Or just a reduced version of Chrono Triggers world as an alternate reality.
Actually, Cyrus is supposed to be an allusion to Frog/Glenn. One of the characters you talk to while still exploring Baruoki, Ashtear, is literally Lucca from Chrono trigger as well. Not to mention, the interdimensional vortex is quite literally The End of Time. It’s all there. The time periods you can travel to have dinosaurs and magic, royalty and villages, and robots and advanced technology, it’s all there.
@@BlackWitheredRose09 Other than that, the way they handle character in another eden is more characterized version of how they do it in chrono cross i believe (3 quest per 5* char). First knight and holy sword is allusion of serge story in cc (kid = deirdre, serge = anabel). Not to mention aldo and eden story which more kid inspired.
Yeah so anaden is amalgamation of chrono universe revamped. And the chance of it happening is pretty low. Even ffbe which square enix owned game never collab with it. So just cross your finger.
I'm going to do the whole Tales of story with a mix of AE, P5 and Tales of characters in my party.

Too many collabs can make it seem like a game doesn't really have anything original to offer and would eventually get exhausting honestly.
I decided to try out the game due to the Chrono Cross crossover and after trying it, I loved the gameplay, art style and story and then... THIS!!! I find out that they had a previous crossover with my favorite JRPG series!! That did it! Now I'm officially a fan of AE!! XD!!! Can't wait to learn more about Aldo's story! And you could bet the characters from "Tales of" will be on my party 24/7!!!
I don't know anything of another eden but I am a huge tales of fan that I willing to support anything related, so Im in it, really do, what a great collaboration from deen just an other excelente hit with tales.

I hope AE improves the gacha system someday, it's what keeps me from playing it for many months now. I know the free units are great, but the game is still gacha and you still get the urge to have the newest one around. I'll try playing again for this collab, maybe even hoping the game could suck me back right into it again.

Honestly, given that actual Tales gacha tend to be bad, it's actually really exciting to have some of my favorite Tales characters in a mobile game that's seriously good.....

@@MrWanton16 Unfortunately both of them had their ends of services fairly quickly, (two years for Link, and one year for Rays, at least for GL). And Crestoria, while nice in the story aspects, is plagued by bad decisions and bugs. I'll be surprised if it lasts a full year, and everyone I knew who played it dropped it within the first month....
@@Gamer3427 Cresty's bugs suck but they've ironed out most of the godawful ones at this point. I'm enjoying it for the most part even with the questionable choices from time to time. I think it's more undercooked than completely horrible. Rays was fun but the reason it sunk was mostly due to horrible monetization practices. Bamco really messed that one up.

whats with this Tales of Chronographia game though ? seems like a mixed tales series with some gacha mobile game .. never heard of it.
It's a crossover between Another Eden and "Tales of.." series. Another eden is a mobile gacha game made by WFS which includes people who have worked on chrono trigger. You should give it a go if you haven't played it, it's got an awesome story, cool characters and music. Plus you don't have to worry about meta cuz the events are permanent in the game
Tales of chronographia is the chapter.
The game is another eden 2.5d side scrolling jrpg. This game is not tales inspired more, it's more like chrono series revamp by the author permission.
The game have mechanic that any chapter doesnt have time limits including collab. So you can take your time to do anything. Recently this game is collabing too with P5 Royal for recent chapter, you should check that out.
