Anyone who thinks you sound like a minge isn’t worth caring about mate. More to life than acting a big man in YT comment sections for a few likes, those who don’t realise that aren’t worth worrying about👍🏻
Totally agree with Loz about not caring about others kids. Obviously I want the kids to healthy and all that but FFS, don't bore me with telling me about how great Malcolm is doing at school.
Don’t get me wrong I love having guests on the podcast and understand the hype and the effort that goes into them but just the sit down proper chats with Brian and Laurence are the best imo, congratulations loz and uncle Brian !
I especially enjoyed this podcast. There are a lot of women on social media who share their feeling and experiences on motherhood but not so much men on fatherhood. I found this podcast really interesting! Congratulations Laurence on the arrival of your baby boy.
It’s honestly so nice to actually hear men talk about the other side of child birth and the affects on dads. It’s insane how well these two are able to take big subjects and make them so positive and informative. Congratulations Lawrence.
When people disrespect Lawrence, I feel bad for them like just stop. His the one guy that people should take notes from. His one of the most talented creators in general, never mind on UA-cam and deserves everything he gets...period!
That felt like being in group therapy , in a good way . Seeing you two being as honest and open as you can be , talking about male insecurity, identity and adverse mental health conditions and inviting all of us lot into such private and intimate parts of your lives is honestly some of the best you tube content I've seen. I know I'm commenting almost a year on but I'd still like to say thank you. Listening to and watching this type of content helps me to get in touch and understand my more vulnerable side and feel less alone with it . I know I'm looking at a great father and uncle, one day the little one is going to look back at this and feel about as proud as a boy can be about his old man and brilliant uncle . Ta again lads
19 years of age and I’ve never been as invested in a podcast in my life, been watching since the bunker days, so proud of Lawrence and Brian, your energy is immaculate in this. Couldn’t name a better duo. ❤️
GoatallyAutistic don’t get me wrong I’m so proud of the lads and their progress and ya your right this is right up there but the nostalgia of the old ones is what I mean.. I could and have rewatched them many times .
‘Young men don’t care about birthing stories’ when it’s coming from someone you admire and is a great story teller, I think even young men will be enthralled
Just seeing this I immediately stopped what I was doing and started listening. Thanks boys, congrats Laurence and it’s great to see yous together sgain
Wow, this podcast is such a mood booster and really makes you feel human and forget about life's bs that realistically means nothing. Happy for you Loz your gonna be a great dad
Pregnancy stories aren't the type of content I would usually be interested in watching for over an hour but I found myself being excited and grinning like Brian hearing some of the story because it was Laurence. Congratulations you'll be a great dad and "uncle" combination!
Massive respect to Brian for opening up and talking about his mental heath, millions of people watch these videos and I hope both Brian talking about his feeling and Lawrence talking about how much his therapist has helped him has a influence on a lot of other people to open up, to talk and to reach out for help if they need it. Massive respect lads.
Congratulations to Lawrence! And major respect to Brian for his very open, and honest update on his depression. Incredibly relatable. A year ago I had a complete mental breakdown. And whilst I’m much better 12 months on, it’s still incredibly difficult. One day at a time, and I think it’s something you’ll work on for the rest of your life. Its important not to be too hard on yourself, and realise how strong you are for still being here. I lost my best friend to suicide 3 years ago, and it’s still painful. It’s great to see a guy being so honest. Takes some balls xx
I struggled to sleep last night so decided to watch the podcast, can honestly say this was one of my favourites. The story alone was so warming and almost reassuring for the future, and something I know I can rely on to look back on when my time comes and panic might be starting to set in. But the main reason I loved this was seeing how far the two of you have come together and the true bromance you have. Its so warming to see the love you have for each other and how happy you both were. Congratulations Laurence, without knowing you I can tell you will be an amazing Dad, and congrats Brian, now a questionable uncle!!
As an expectant father this was refreshing and reassuring to watch. Hearing you speak about the experience has got very excited about what's to come! Congratulations on becoming Mufasa!! 👏🏼 Uncle Brian will always have the kid's back!!
The way Lawrence is teetering on the edge of tears explaining everything is massively powerful and emotional...genuine love and admiration Congratulations dude!
That took me right back to the birth of my own children, and filled me with all those emotions. A huge congratulations Lawrence . Wishing you all the best. An epic podcast gents ✌🏻
This podcast really made me smile for the first time in months, listening to them talk about stuff that you wouldn’t really hear men often talk about and just seeing how sweet and caring their relationship is what makes this podcast so good :)
Emotional watch, congratulations Laurence, this is a true friendship that bring the best out of each other, by far and away the best creators on youtube.
Congratulations Laurence! Me and my fiance had our daughter when we were 21, we are now 25 and we loved this podcast. Bought me to tears we are so happy for you ! Take care of yourselves and there is so much more learning to do even now we are still learning. Our daughter starts school in September and even more learning for us!! Good luck and take care! And we love the merch true geordie💗💗
I really appreciate the way Laurence told this story because it has a strange affect on people who aren’t in the bast place right now by showing a different side of life and the beauty of human creation, his wording surprisingly is very helpful. Congrats Laurence 👍
ive been where you are, a crossroads as such.. someone said to me that even when you are not on the road you want to be travelling its all about staying strong for when the opertunity comes along to change course. hang in there dude, you never know whats around the corner and im sure you will get where you want to end up!
I just want to say, this was by in far the best podcast I think you two have ever done. It was beautiful watching both of you be sensitive, and really acknowledge your friendship on screen in such a long way. We always see glimpses of how close you two are, but this was from start to finish sheer love for one another. Congratulations to both of you, I'm glad you both got this win.
I'm Albanian and the part about naming him Zjarr really caught me off guard lol. Definitely didn't expect it. P.s: Congrats on becoming a dad Laurence!
The most wholesome content! I’ll rewatch in 10 years when I have my first kid. The connection between these 2 friends is fully goals! Congratulations Loz! Brian, amazing pod 😍😍❤️❤️
Congratulations loz, you seem like a great dad already, you seem so mentally strong. And it’s nice hearing Brian’s struggle your a great guy and have many priorities close to heart
Been here since day one, watched every podcast multiple times and have them all downloaded on Spotify. Loz, your growth over the years has been truly outstanding to watch. You are such an inspiration to so many, including me. Love you both
This is one of your best podcast. What I love about you two is how you remind me that life is a journey and that my situation isn't forever, but even more so how honest and vulnerable you two are. I think it helps me talk seeing other men talk. I really appreciate you two.
Best news ever! Congrats Loz! Best advice I ever got is when giving a bath cover him with a wet baby towel/blanket to keep him warm & comfortable, just expose areas as you wash & rinse them & also tightly roll up a baby blanket so it looks a bit like a long log & tuck the middle part under his legs, by his bum & place the ends at his sides to cradle him & help him feel snug & secure while sleeping. It mimics how they feel in your arms & is a huge help when its too hot to swaddle. You're going to make the most amazing father. Always trust your instincts & never second guess yourself. Also, you can never share too many photos. We share your excitement & will love seeing you share bits of him with us!!! Enjoy him, every second, because it truly goes by in the blink of an eye ❤ *Just realized how horrendously long this is & that you'll probably never read it, so sending all the good stuff out into the universe for you & yours....
Lozs simple and effective articulation of how he feels as a father now is just brilliant and certainly captures that feeling. I had my daughter at 15 and almost 10 years on that, the sheer awe hasn't gone away. Brilliant podcast guys and best of luck Loz.
This reminds me of the “confessions of a deep sea diver” podcast from back in the day, with all these great stories. So proud of the progression and Loz for being a dad
Such a wonderful conversation, absolutely amazing to see, I'm certainly going to re-listen many times over! Pod 133 marks a very special milestone, especially after the last 12 months. You not only carry and make one-another better, but you do so for many, many others too. I'm so grateful for the open and genuine dialogue between you. Regardless of the numbers we all fall into chasing, you're both adding real value and growth to many lives, brightening more of the world than you could fathom with joy, intrigue, and internal curiosity. Bring on the next chapter, this is still just the start
You guys making me emotional, congratulations laurence! What a time to have a kid when liverpool have won as well! Hope you two never stop with the videos❤
Congrats loz can't wait to hear more stories. This really put a smile on my face been watching since the first episode made me think how far everyone's come. Much love
