You can buy the stainless steel rack for the infared side burner.

I'm guessing they have the cast iron one there because it has sharp edges to sear and her nice lines. The SS ones are usually round.

@@A314000 usually comes down to costs, the pro model of the same unit has stainless steel. Same cooking system.

Be careful using the rear burner with the warning track in place, it may warp.

@@virgil3241 it is true. The warming rack cannot withstand the heat of the heat of the rotisserie burner. Mine did warp during a "burn off" when I operated the grill for the first time.

Don’t use stainless steel cleaner where the stickers are or else they will come off.
