Hello, we're glad you found the video and helped you with your purchase decision. We know you are going to love the Phantom. Enjoy and thank for the compliment.
Hi Bernie, thanks for the compliment. We believe we can help people make a more informed grill purchase when they can see the accessories and how much versatility they add to the grill.
To your follow up This was best and thorough description. The presentation wasn’t rushed. The tempo of the presentation was great. Didn’t missed a point
Indeed. I am on the fence with getting the ambiance model or splurging for the pro 500. This model is basically a '"Pro light" for all intents and purposes with the sizzle zone stainless upgrade.
When comparing the two grills the Prestige 500RSIB does come include more standard features: infrared side and rear burners, rotisserie, four main burners, as well as their Presidents Limited Lifetime warranty. Also since the Genesis CSE-335 is a Canada specific model you may like the fact that the Napoleon Prestige 500 is made in Canada. Thanks for the question.
Thanks for the reply! I understand that the Napoleon has a lot more features but, quality wise, witch grill is better? IMO it's pointless to have all these accessories if you cannot control or maintain a desired heat temperature, etc. I have heard that the Weber has basically no hot spots and a better grease management system (less flare-ups). Do you find this to be true? Thanks.
@@cantley47 Based on our experience with the Napoleon as well as customer feedback, we have seen very consistent temps across the grill and have not had issues with flare ups. We don't have first hand experience with Weber but have several past Weber owners who have converted and love their Napoleons.
Finally a complete review of everything this grill has to offer.
Hard to find, but the best video that goes through everything on this grill! Just ordered the new Phantom version. Huge thanks from Sweden!

Thank you for the video 😎👍🏼
Great video! Thanks a lot!
We're glad you liked it and hope it helps you in your grill purchase decision.
The rear burner isn't truly infrared. No ceramic. Just a regular tube burner, with a stainless cover over it.
Otherwise, the grill is great!
Would you recommend this grill over the Weber genesis CSE-335? Thanks
