I admit, I haven’t started practicing any of the upside down stuff, I’m a pretty good pilot from BF3, BF4, and ARMA but so far when I play battlebit solo I’m usually focused on the attachments grind and CQC in 32v32. When I play with friends on larger maps I’d rather turn the transport littlebird into an RPG and LMG battleboat (we killed a few armed little birds like that). My best streaks just flying like a normal human for a few games were 25-45 kills, and not on Wakistan. I was happy with those. I just haven’t been trying the “farm as many kills as possible” grind. If infinite looping was still in the game when I felt like getting into that, I’d have just learned to do it. At the same time I’m not that bothered by it being gone though, I thought the gameplay was plenty rewarding without it. If you ever try to use regular guns DMRs just finalized some big buffs btw, gonna be grinding out the 2 I didn’t touch yet.
Yeah I agree, it's a bit of an intense change . Definitely more extreme than my experience in arma 3 which is an actual military sim. Hopefully they tweak it a little so you can still commit to longer strafes. - chitcho, aka shitshow
I wish they didn’t change it I had so much fun doing barrel rolls while shredding everybody in wakistan. Then again it’s just new gameplay style and physics so it doesn’t hurt too bad
I agree the change isn’t terrible, but it really killed the fun for me. I would have rathered a huge damage nerf than a mobility nerf. Instead we got both.
i couldnt enjoy old littlebird one last time, i feel sad about it, i loved to fly that thing but now days its harder to find conquest games, seems like its just not the favorite gameplay mode.
Spent the past 5 days finally learning to fly. Haven't been in a helicopter since the update, sad times. No point trying to fly a little bird when the black hawk has become twice as overpowered. The introduction of engineers reparing up to 98% of health combined with the little birds main way to out maneuver the black hawk being nerfed into the ground (literally) It is gg's for the little bird. But hey, at least I learned the famas is a decent infantry weapon.
I think this is a good change, but in return you should recieve either some damage mitigation or damage output in return. Without compensation this hurts helis too much. Possible compensations: #1 ignore 50% of small arms fire #2 Flares to disaude new javlin coming out. (Needed anyway) #3. 25% more health #4. 25% more damage per bullet (best change imo) Comment your thought below please!
Well it will need flairs if they put out a javelin. But don’t worry they are already working on a new change to remove almost all damage at ranges over 200-500m
@@MaSparky Yeah that still won't be enough i think. Needs some more firepower or to be more resistant to small arms to compensate for the movement nerf.
@@MaSparky I'm sure I'll still hop on with the boys but still baffled at the nerf, was already so easy to counter little birds, the amount of times I've been tailed rotored and sniped / sprayed out of it is crazy
true, constantly having to avoid btrs and now plummeting to the ground, it's a bit disappointing, not to mention people can't just hop in a bird and drop high kill games out of nowhere.
@@Haplonix thats exactly how i feel. every day i realized people getting better at countering the littlebird. the nerf was way too harsh for how much better people are getting.
I’m honestly so glad they nerfed this. If you’re a good pilot to begin with you shouldn’t have an issue. No more upside down birds ❤

i mean its a good change but they nerfed the miniguns to the ground as well, ill stick to battlefield flying lol
