By siding with Hasina, we reaped peace dividend for 15 1:03:59 years. We can wait for 5 years more. And by that time, we will have enough economic heft to ward off the termites.

Shoma's ideological angularity and personal proclivities are usually deeply problematic . Yet one has to grant her professional competence and sharpness of intellect. She can carry her agenda when needed way better than Karan Thapar. This was however a brilliantly conducted debate and her choice of Talmiz is clever knowing his graceless display of prejudice and pique against Modi's policies. The other two were top class as usual. Talmiz has done us a huge favour by his loutish pronouncements which gave the other two the opportunity to clear the air to perfection.
