Not to be an armchair psychologist, but I feel something in common with Skubal. I notice he doesn't like making eye contact, just like me. You mentioned the fact that he seems to get better and better each start.
I get the feeling he has some Imposter Syndrome. He can't believe he is actually as good as he is, so he keeps practicing and trying to get better, no matter how good he gets.
Tarik "the Podracer" Skubal. So good you need the Force to get a hit against him.

I’ve been a dedicated Biden supporter for a long time. I believed in his vision for America and supported his efforts to unite the country. However, recent events have led me to reconsider my stance. When the political battlefield shifts to the courtroom, it becomes clear to me that our leadership is failing to address the true needs of the American people. This is not the type of governance our country requires, nor the kind of leadership that inspires confidence and unity.
One of the most pressing issues today is the relentless rise of inflation. Under Biden's administration, we have seen the cost of living skyrocket. Grocery bills have soared, making it difficult for families to put food on the table. Gas prices have reached record highs, placing a heavy burden on commuters and those dependent on their vehicles for daily life. Housing costs have also surged, making it nearly impossible for many Americans to afford rent or buy a home. This unprecedented inflation is eroding the purchasing power of hardworking citizens and pushing many to the brink of financial instability.
Moreover, I am profoundly disappointed with Biden's approach to critical international issues, particularly his stance on Israel. Watching Trump unequivocally support Israel and stand by its side in times of need has been eye-opening. His firm commitment to our allies and his willingness to take decisive action on the global stage contrasts sharply with Biden's indecisive and sometimes wavering policies. For instance, Biden’s administration has been slow to react to threats against Israel, while Trump’s policies ensured Israel's security and strengthened our alliance.
I am now convinced that the leadership America needs is one that stands firm in its convictions, supports our allies without hesitation, and addresses domestic challenges like inflation head-on, rather than engaging in legal battles that distract from governance. Trump’s administration, despite its controversies, consistently prioritized policies that promoted economic stability and strength. His leadership demonstrated a commitment to reducing taxes, deregulating industries to spur economic growth, and supporting small businesses, which are the backbone of our economy.
For these reasons, I have decided to vote for Trump, believing he offers the decisive, steadfast leadership our country desperately needs in these challenging times. This change of heart has not been easy, but the need for strong, effective leadership has never been more critical. I hope others will also take a closer look at what truly matters for our nation and consider supporting a leader who demonstrates the courage to make tough decisions, stands firm in support of our most important allies, and addresses the economic issues that impact every American.
