We all already wake up with high cortisol levels, so it could stress a lot the body (adrenals) and you will start to feel anxious and in the long run u could start feel tired and have all kind of problems (fatigue). I have been fasting every day for 2 years and in the last 2 months i stopped taking caffeine. Today i feel a lot of better and don't miss it. I have been taking Carnitine too, very good supplement, but a i take it on empty stomach every morning together with methionine. Boron is a must too...
what you described is exactly what happened to me with too much coffee consumption, I took a break from coffee for about a week and when I started drinking it again the thing that really helped me was to lower the amount of coffee I use, I used to make a cup of coffee with 5 teaspoons, now I'm only taking 2 and only getting the benefits of energy and focus and none of the anxiousness tiredness or grumpiness so there's definetely alot to be said about the amount of caffeine that's consumed each day.

Building the delts doesnt mean the ARs will be more sensitive. Yeah delts and traps have more ARs but building them bigger isnt gonna affect the other muscle groups receptors
I would stay away from Mucuna. 1g(epa/dha combined) fish oil + 1g(l-carnitine) + 250-500mg of Acetyl-l-carnitine stack prior to workout is one of the best ways to boost androgen receptors. Really helps with workouts and recovery

I just took a medication called sodium Valporate depakote with the idea that it was going to potentially reverse epigenetic changes that a hair loss medication did to me many years ago. Finasteride and when taking this it removed literally every androgen receptor out of my body just about. At least that's how it felt and seemed, my beard hairs we're falling out and once I stopped the medication the hair stopped falling out. But I cannot get my muscles to fill out the way they'd had before. So I'm using supplements to increase androgen receptors. Good video!
How have you been doing on depakote? i have a young client who is struggling with post finasteride syndrome. Wondering if you've also started to use this protocol and how it's working. Terrible drug with horrible long lasting side effects. Trying to take a Functional Medicine approach to reverse the damage but we have very little research to go on.

I took it November of 2023 and I'm still trying to recover from the medication. Your client is probably following a UA-camr who didn't and the UA-camr is a very dangerous person who does not care about others well being. It helps with one thing but also causes some more issues that then have to be dealt with.

Jack Napierre Make sure you don’t do full reps. You will strain ligaments and tendons. Always do then in front of your centerline. I would do Arnold’s with dumbbells. Straight bar military press isn’t good for your shoulders and after 25 shouldn’t be done. Personally I would rely on front laterals, side laterals, and double up on rear laterals and do one military press.When you have large rear delts, your shoulders look insane.
Just started the fast thing and it's really working out form me because I hate eating breakfast anyway. My question is...can I take testro X, vitamin K 2,, a, b, c, d, zinc etc etc during the fast? No you can train more than 3x a week but in doing so you should drastically reduce volume in your sessions. The important thing is to allow for full neural recovery between sessions. We're updating the THOR program right now to include both example 3 day splits and 5 day splits. The 5 day splits are much lower volume than the 3 days in the sessions.

Should I ditch the higher volume work and switch to something like Kinobody or Thor in terms of volume? The volume looks crazy low I don't know if I'd make gains.
The key to making gains isn't "doing" more, it's lifting more. Lift heavy in the 5-8 rep range and you'll gain muscle. You also need to allow your body recovery time which is half the equation.

Just do fasting without caffeine, if you drink coffee more DHEA is turned into cortisol which leaves less for testosterone production
but if u use suplements that limit your cortisol level (rhodiola, ashwaganda, adaptogens), you are good to go!

No you can train more than 3x a week but in doing so you should drastically reduce volume in your sessions. The important thing is to allow for full neural recovery between sessions. We're updating the THOR program right now to include both example 3 day splits and 5 day splits. The 5 day splits are much lower volume than the 3 days in the sessions.

Should I ditch the higher volume work and switch to something like Kinobody or Thor in terms of volume? The volume looks crazy low I don't know if I'd make gains.
The key to making gains isn't "doing" more, it's lifting more. Lift heavy in the 5-8 rep range and you'll gain muscle. You also need to allow your body recovery time which is half the equation.
