Here are my grades for all 30 teams from the first half of the 2024 MLB Season. #mlb #baseball #sports Check out BetUS: LINK: bit.ly/BallCapSportsSU125Bonus @BetUSTV
I think you were a tad generous with my White Sox. A D- feels closer. I could see you bumping up the Rays a little too. They lost 4 stud starters AND their superstar SS and still are being a pain!
Love the content. I agree with where the Astros are ranked. They have turned there season around but like you said, they was once 12 games under.500 and people was saying if they could even get to .500 by the all star break. They have really turned there season around. Lost to the twins but it was a good series
Cleveland should be A++++++++++ They made like 2 moves all off season by signing Hedges and trading for Scott Barlow. They also traded Quantrill for a AA catcher. Lost Bieber and Stephon for the year. Nobody had them being this good!!
You’re losing your credibility with me. Giving Braves a C- and then the Mets a C. Braves 10 games over and have a pedigree. Mets are even and are expected to be a .500 team.
Braves were expected to be the best team in the national league atleast their division but there not so def not A grade I think a B- was better tho lol
He mentioned it’s based off of how the team I’m preforming based off expectations so it makes sense Braves get a B if you just base it off of Record but either way why on gods earth did the Nationals get a C
The arguement, and why i agree with dodgers in B, is because despite the injuries to key pitchers, the Orioles are still rockin it. Your stud closer, Bautista, out for the season. Braddish, a Cy Young calibur pitcher out, for a good part of the first half, and now done for the season. Means, similar situation, not quite Cy Young Calibur, but solid 3/4 pitcher. Tyler Wells out for the season. Kreamer missed a good month. Yet the Orioles keep winning, and moving on. Arguably one of the best line ups in the league in Baltimore. They are a fun team to watch for sure.
You think the Padres should be a better team with 4 of the top 5 highest paid dudes on the IL? 4 games over is overachieving for how bad their injury situation has been. Bad take.
I give the Cardinals a B+ because of 1 reason. They swept the Orioles, which is one of the best teams in baseball. They took 2 of 3 from Atlanta, which is also not easy, with their pitching.
Now I see the Nats are C+. Come on! Your ranking of the NL East, other than Phils, is crazy. Shocked that you didn’t decide to put Marlins higher than Braves haha.
@@MarkNarmour Yes but they are 6 under .500. They certainly don’t deserve a better rating than the Braves. And they released our beloved Eddie lol. I’m expecting good things from him 🤞
@@MarkNarmourThe Braves are leaving too many in scoring position. They were shut out in the makeup game in Chicago. Have the Braves finally snapped out of it. We will see when they face Arizona for 4. ❤
Jim, no way the Braves are a C-. Not sure what your criteria is, but they’re 10 games over .500 despite all the injuries. You could make an argument that their pitching is the best and their defense has been one of the best statistically. They will catch the Phillies if they ever start hitting consistently. Watch and see. Who wants to play Atlanta in the playoffs when they run out Sale, Lopez, and Fried? Answer: nobody
You wrote a whole paragraph cus he got you in your feelings 😂 ain't nobody scared of the Braves lol y'all weren't doing shit before Strider and Acuña went down. Be grateful he didn't give them a D 😆🤣
Disagree with you about the Padres. They are a solid B. The Padres have injuries with Musgrove, Darvish, Tatis. With all that, the team would make the playoffs if the season ends today
Astros should get a B-, yea they had a bad start but the great comeback in the last month an a half should bump up the ranking. Add on they are over 500 with a top 10 5 man rotation on the IL, without Tucker for the last month, with a revolving door at 1st base
Like Los Angeles, Baltimore and the Yankees. Yankees get Stanton from the dl. The Phillies are.adsimg to the disabled lost as the season goes along. Acuna is healthy we have an even division.
Jim Padres should be at least a B. They played the most games along with the Dodgers. They opened in Korea, Tatis was playing with 1 leg, Profar has been phenomenal, Merrill is unbelievable and Suarez has been phenomenal. Starting rotation has major injuries. So yeah you are giving Cardinals a B, but Padres a C+?
Sorry Jim, you need a drug test having the NY Mets at a C, they are an F-. When you have the payroll they do and are as bad as they are there is no excuse that can make up for the performance. And...for their F-, the ownership earned that. The NY Mets needs to dump all players and start over creating a whole new team environment. Just my 2 cents.

I put $70 on them to win the World Series. lol. If they do I win $4200.
Just lost 3 out of 4 to tigers! Go tigers! Should have been a sweep

Right.
The Braves will continue to soar while the Mets will continue to sink.

I’m an Orioles fan and I agree with Boston getting an A. They could have folded the tents. But make no mistake, my Os will win division.
good video
I had the Royals winning the division at the beginning of the season but I think the guardians have it locked

Answer: Philadelphia
@@BigHarperFan3 the Phill's have always been a little nuts. ♥️
You'll be lucky if Sale is healthy all the way to the end of the year. Plus, Sale has an awful post season history. I know, I'm a sox fan.

Red Sox A+, Yankees F-, no bias whatsoever

The Braves should get a straight up C. No plus or minus. They deserve a C for the SP and bullpen keeping them in games. Just à plain C Jim.
We lose Bradish and Means too!! N. Huge! Need to land a big fish. I want Blackburn
You're a good ball. Turn that freaking cap around. You look like a bowling alley raised person.
The Astros have won like 12 of their last 15 games. Youre ranking is too low.
Tigers are a huge disappointment especially their offense.
Yankees and rays have been awful
Is there a grade g? That’s where the angels belong.
