The Lokar cables are a good setup if you use their billet bracket if you have an Edelbrock or Demon carb.The steel bracket that attaches to one corner of the carb is junk, hard to keep it from moving! The billet bracket attaches to both bolts on the back of the carb and will not move! Also be careful of their instructions because they are not correct, they tell you to pull the accelerator pedal tight and if you do that your pedal will sit up too high! Put a block of wood behind the gas pedal to set it where you want it and then just pull the slack out of the cable, cut the cable, stick it in the carb fitting tighten it, done! Took me a second try to get it right because I followed the instructions to the note the first time, it's almost like they want you to have to buy another cable because if you do it following their instructions you will have to buy another inner cable!
