Love this little gem of a workout. Anytime I'm short on time it's my go to. Gets all the muscles. When I do it two times through, I do core combined with triceps instead of pushups. Thanks Coach Lauren!

great little workout that gets your heart pumping. I'm a fan. Use it with a dynamic stretch first, then mix in some other weights, like Kettle ball and some other Lauren Williams work, then a static stretch after. Muchas gracias!
