I used to be a bartender. The most important thing I've learned from the bar high school is: one extremely happy customer brings you 3 new customers, one somewhat not happy customer takes away from you 10 customers. That's how word of mouth computes for your business.

Hate is Hate - I hate your click bait title. Stopped watching. I’ll go elsewhere. I also hate funnel clicks - Randy. Old commercial concept but wait there is more! Tell me what you are offering and let me decide then be good on the delivery. Make good content and don’t fake schmooze or use negativity to gain attention. Be real, be a person with integrity. Win Win. Best wishes to you.

This is probably the most useful business interview ive seen in my life. Amazing Álex but also Dan doing the right questions. Most of times when you see a conversation between 2 wealthy people they end talking about investment, real state, etc. But they go to the business essential right to the point.

I’ve watched most of the interviews Hormozi has done and you definitely had one of the best (if not the best) interview he’s ever done! You asked amazing questions that most of the other interviewers have never asked him. All around “must listen” 10/10 episode!

That part about Un-impeachable character.. I once got into business with a friend who told me that he cheated on his Girlfriend, and was bragging about it. I started second guessing if we should get into business with him but still did... He ended up cheating in the business as well, so goes to show.

As an entrepreneur who wants to achieve financial freedom it’s always right to cultivate the habit of investing over unnecessary expenses and sometimes unnecessary savings. My financial freedom started when I began investing in stocks, precious metals, cryptos and other assets as compared to when I was just saving.

I think Covid might've been that pendulum swing to some extent. It really made me analyze my life and see things that I should be grateful for... My family, my health, my age, my friends (very few if any atm) but I guess. Just grateful for others being around me and how everyone is somewhat in the same boat so to speak... I really struggled getting a job and stay consistant with things for a while. Alex has been a good motivator for me... At times , I thought he was crass and judgemental but I'm, realizing what a blessing people like that are. He isn't only speaking from a place of understanding, knowledge, acceptance, and courage but the reason he's gotten to those places is because he's been right where I am. He knows how hard it can be and that things take time. He seems like an awesome guy
Edit: I watched a few clips recently of him just talking about getting up early and sleep... How simple it is but how much I've struggled with that for years and had problems with motivation.. I've also been pretty consistent with the gym for about 1 to 2 years now and have seen good results but am more satisfied with the progression in my level of discipline. It's just being able to stick with anything that seems like the key here... Doesn't really matter what it is, but if it's something you can stick to and do everyday.. That's the ticket. And a hard thing I realized was that I'm not ever, or if anytime going to always "Feel" like doing it. Sometimes you literally just have to get your ass up and go ... Doesn't matter if you fucking feel like it or not. Just do it. lol

I would love if someone who is educated on ads/marketing can respond to this comment.
Alex makes it seem as though you need to always be changing your ads to be successful. But when you don’t have a ton of budget, that is incredibly difficult and you will be spread too thin.
Wouldn’t it be better to find a winning ad and scale that ad as far as you can?
I can see how testing new ideas would be good when it comes to optimization. But if you’re a guy wanting to make six figures or multiple six figures, you can just go all in on several good ads?!
    Digital marketers am I right?

When you create an Good AD that makes results that you want, in a few weeks your Ad is gonna lose performance.
You need to create differents ADs in order to convert different types of people and not saturate your AD.
You need to Make more Ads tô know what Works and what Does not work.

ttv - time to value, crc - customer response center maybe, nps - net promoter score. I couldn't find the chs one.

      TTV - Time to Value
CHS - Customer Health Score (How likely the customer is to churn)
      CRC-Customer Retention Cost
NPS-Net Promoter Score (How likely the customer is to recommend your service)

The relationship advice part had me chuckling. You realize his wife is trans? "She" is not going anywhere because she hit the jackpot with Alex. No one dare bring up the trans issue in an interview.

I would love to hear you say that in front of Alex, and not your computer. :)

@@DanHenry A little slow on the draw there, eh Dan? Are you so hard up for engagement that you are going back 6+ months into the past to make comments on posts? Sure, I'd say all that in front of him. Arrange the meeting and I'm there.
