Great videography ,loved the analysis of the home as you walk through leaving nothing unseen,just what a buyer wants.Caroline and Josh,you are really upping your game a lot.How about an estimate of running costs for these magnificent homes,don't forget a hotelier did this in London in the late 19th century comparing the cost of a home against a hotel room,today you want to bring the cost of ownership to life,no one else is uncovering this nugget.
Perhaps a breakdown of the areas around Beverly Hills would be invaluable to those contemplating a move,warts and all.
By the way,this Londonderry looks nothing like the Londonderry (N.Irealnd) I know.

EXACTLY!! It really seemed like she'd never set foot in the house, before she decided to record the official video tour. I'm not sure how that helps sell a $14.5 million dollar home. Heck, even in L.A., fake boobs and eyelashes only go so far.

This is the first Caroline review I'm watching and I like how genuine she seems, not too polished, no cheesy camera swoops or music. A lot of other walkthroughs I've stopped watching because they seem too try-hard. Just show the house, people! Nothing against say Erik Conover but his glitzy style is too TV show for me.

I know this will sound like a total "guy statement", but I LOVED that garage. Room to park your cars, but plenty of room to either add some free weights, or a really nice DIY project area.
