I don't know if it's just me, but the show seems to be fine in most aspects, what bugs me a bit it's that is called Transformers... and they look too humanoid, I don't find a relation between these two. If they were a little closer to the toys, that'd have been amazing!
Wagner related to fowler? Doubt it but as you may know aligned ended years ago with rescue bots academy. Unless we find out soon in season 2 and she could be fowler's ex when he mentioned her in an episode but I would say no. And that botbot agent she works with wagner same mall same place she must've seen the storm saw the lamp come to life and she was asked the typical questions and she offered her work with sector 7 to find more then she returns to and report. As the energon storm would be a lighning storm not a dogfight with aerielbots and seekers so the lightning brought everyone alive.
And y'know, people have been asking for the show to have season 2 and I've been imagining how's it gonna be. One of them is having Wagner and Dave getting to know the botbots and slowly become friends. So, no botbot shall hide from humans ever again. How's that? Let me know if you imagine the same thing.

While I find your review to be informative and entertaining, I have an issue with what you say about demonstrating gender through character design. I agree that women have the right to look like women; female characters like Ms. Keane in the 2016 Powerpuff Girls reboot should not have their breasts lobbed off as a way to empower women. But, I also think women shouldn't only be represented by stereotypical feminine traits like make-up or breasts on characters that don't make sense such as robots, because it narrows the spectrum of gender. For instance, there is a common trend of making female characters pink because pink is typically seen as a feminine color. Think Arcee from the original Transformers and the Pink Power Ranger. Having some female characters in media portrayed through the color pink is fine, but if it happens constantly, it creates a perception that women/girls need to be associated with pink simply because of their gender. We see the effects of this in the real world: young children are taught through the media they consume and other channels that pink is for girls from basically birth, they grow up and spread the same message to the next generation, establishing a positive feedback loop. In actuality there are plenty of women and girls who don't like or care about the color pink and plenty of men and boys who do like the color pink, but they are alienated because they don't fit in to the standard gender roles our society has created. Gender should not be confined to sets of basic attributes, and character designs should not rely on the typical to represent a character's gender.
That part of the video was mostly to call out the guy who got fired for making a big stink about making Rivet (from Ratchet and clank Rift Apart) look feminine. I didn't want to bog down the review with a long tangent on an irrelevant topic. Although, if I wanted to talk about that I probably should’ve made a video about that particular situation. I make the argument that nobody has to live up to gender roles or stereotypes as an argument against nonbinary gender identity. If I were to have children in the future, and I have a girl who says she wants to play with Transformers, then I'll buy her Transformers toys instead of barbie dolls.

My theory is that a spark extractor exploded and all the sparks in it were released as the cloud. The sparks then went into the inanimate objects, and then molded them into the botbots.
My theory for season 2 is that all of the Transformers that came before this series will return, leading to the epic final battle between Autobots and Decepticons in the season 2 finale.
