ruins dust is pretty good to fight, yes he is balanced but the problem is that, there are too many ranged weapons to the point, camping as ruins dust is the reason you will be losing your matches. (basically meaning trying to regain stamina is impossible unless you gain a kill but hey, ruins dust is pretty powerful to 0-90 win characters)
Dust sans is actually very strong even during ruins. You didn’t mention that he gets more powerful every kill he gets as well as regen stamina after a kill.
pacifist is pretty terrible (legit little sans can do more compared to pacifist) because legit pacifist is terrible being unable to deal enough damage to anyone and his attacks are pretty dodgable so I hope they buff pacifist's damage along with pacifist fell's damage.
The best is outer or classic and distrust ond ofc hardmode sans nd ruin sans but after u get more than hundert win use hm sans cuz normal servers is hell

with negatale all they have to do to make him better is make his bone rush lower and make his blaster faster.
