Got this in the last sale and LOVE IT - iconic, good looking and different are spot on point terms to describe this.
As I peek around, I keep seeing these. Pierre Paulin has a whole family of them, and the "salmon" dial is my favourite! Easy to read, pleasant to look at, relaxing.
I would prefer sapphire or acrylic over mineral every time. Not really a deal breaker though. Overall nice looking piece. I'd be willing to shell out an extra $100 for bronze and sapphire.

Can confirm it is great size and proportions and wears very comfortably, it’s featherlight. Only problem is the circle on the hand isn’t big enough so it blocks the window instead of framing it as it should.

If i were to make one recommendation the hole in the minute hand should have gone over the hour appeture so you could still see the hour - agree about thw consistent branding too. For me the crystal kind of fits the retro aesthetic.
This new one with the Seagull ST17 is clearly a better choice than the other one with the Tongji Chinese standard movement 👍 Great watch !
Love the vintage look and the jump hour function. Its $200+ AUD and frankly probs won't have any resale value so will wait for a super special.

Sugess has this same watch in a few colors as well and I think it's around the same price. Really nice looking both of them
I have the 38mm white dial, it has the lion engraved on the case back. I love mine..
Just so you know, this is not an original design. Lets call it heavily inspired bc its not exactly the same. The original design watch has the hands circle, big enough for the hour window. Cant remember the brands name (maybe a vintage Omeage) but a 5 minutes google search and you will find it like i did.
I agree abt the logo on the crown but i like it bc its just a logo.
The mineral on this is great as well.
I got mine at a sale and the price dropped to 107$

I've had my eyes on this one for a long time... Still hesitant, though, as with my (mild) presbyopia I fear that I might not be able to read the hour very well, as the window for the jumping hour seems relatively small. For the rest, I love the design and colour and price!
