Clothes Tagging Gun - Troubleshooting and How to Use?

Our price tag guns are light weight durable ideal for high volume tagging, pairing and labelling for any retailer and industrial environment. Thanks to its ergonomic structure it is very comfortable to use makes your job of adding price labels fast and simple.
Sometimes you might find the tag pins (a.k.s barbs or kimbles) gets stuck and then you are not able to trigger. This video shows what could be the cause of this issue and how to rectify this problem with your tagging gun. By doing small adjustments to the blade you can resolve this issue.
Both Model number DF01 and Arrow9s accepts Needle 202 which has small tunnel. These needle size requires blade to cut the barb pin when trigger is applied.
If you use Needle 204 which has longer tunnel it does not require any blade.

Thank you so much! I was able to fix my new tagging gun I bought. It came with the blade and needle already installed. I watched your video and determined my blade was up too high. I moved it down and now have a functioning gun.

Never point the needle at your face, your body, or at another person while squeezing the handle! if the needle holder is in the unlocked position - the needle will shoot out and stab you in the eye
