  • "In my patriarchal blessing I was told that my health wasn't going to be an issue, that I was going to be strong and have the strength necessary to serve a mission. There were some great promises about me being able to bear my testimony in another part of the world. The spirit was so strong during that blessing and I knew what the patriarch was saying was coming from my Heavenly Father. That blessing gave me the strength and courage to keep going."

Social media nowadays is like the big and spacious building. There is so much to learn about God and the gospel. There are many charities to support and so many members in third world countries and other people to really help. The noises are distractions. we will Never be accepted by the world. Christ was not accepted and his gospel and church won’t but If I want to help like this good brother explains, then his kingdom will grow.

It's interesting that some people return to activity. That hasn't happened in my family. In fact, all of my Dad's brothers and sisters have left the church. Most of my cousins have too. The LDS attrition rate in my family is about 80%

@@millennialfalkon do you know? The LDS church and Jehovah's Witnesses seem to have the exact same problems. Their old, out of touch homophobic leaders are alienating people with good character. People who ignore the suffering of LGBTQ members stay in the religion. The rest of us are leaving.

Do any of your family who have left the church trust science and mathemstics. A miracle has been discovered in the Bible not the book of Mormon. Both the prophet Daniel and John in the book of Revelation have the world an exact timeline starting from one exact to time in world history stretching forward to exactly 1830 and Joseph Smith. I know it sounds impossible but thousands of investigators including church critics are avoiding this like the plague. Grab your Bible and calculator and do some simple grade school.level math and see exactly why God himself gave us this timeline identifying Joseph Smith. Look right below...

@@paulgregersen3570 that sounds silly and useless. Joseph Smith and Brigham Young were adulterers, liars and racists. If that's what God wants for leaders, it's not for me. Russell Nelson is a liar too, I don't believe in prophets

Keep the faith brothers and sisters, and that's for everyone from every religious background. The church is true and Joseph is Christ's prophet. Great testimony. Thanks.
