Shared! I just made the Hawaiian roll recipe 2 days ago. And you are right about the user errors, I took the rolls out of the oven too soon and they did fall. But- the rolls were still delicious and now I know! 🙏
I've been waiting / hoping for this video for a long time. I can also remember either a very old video or blog post from Maria where she mentioned that you can also make croutons or crumbs / flour from the bread. 🧐😘

Yes this is fantastic.. you just grind up the croutons... also have made it for years.. and its so funny how it now has re-emerge all over w new names....and slight twist.. but Its fantastic that the whole community makes *your recipes and tweaks them and uses them to stay healthy! The psmf crumbs are way better than pork panko. Aka pork rinds.. Makes great dessert shells cookies brownies pot pies dumplings ..tortillas too... Instead of almond meal even in the fat head doughs too.. We don't do fat head at all because.. we broke up w dairy in 1986. But the flour is so very versatile.. I too have loved it for years ! Glad to see it's making a come back! * Great job too little Man ! Your a Rock star!

I haven't tried the breading but plan to after I finish my week long fasting that I am doing for my health and inflammation. Dr orders! I have been following you off and on when I started researching Keto 4 years ago and have shared several blogs/videos with family with various auto immune diseases so they can see it can be reversed! I have all of the cookbooks from back in the day. Which book is this in? I feel like I never even knew about this bread until the past year and this flour until the last few months. I have a child with a nut allergy who hates coconut and I've been choking down both for years/baking two different things to accommodate him, and didn't realize there was an alternative! =)

My question is making the chocolate pudding with boiled eggs and separated the white from the yoke and blended the whites only in the blender my pudding still tastes like eggs what am I doing wrong? Can or how can I change the egg white in a carton? Help please n Thank you!

Yes, that should work. You might have to play with the ratios of other ingredients. But adding lots of butter, etc (for like a graham cracker crust or something) kind of defeats the purpose and no longer makes it protein sparing. :)
In the recipe linked above I have a coconut shrimp recipe I used this on. It can be used to replace any flour (like almond flour) but I think it works best as a breading.

Make sure to cool it overnight in the fridge. That helps with the flavor. :)
