I have been asked to create a review about my Rolex Datejust Oyster Perpetual in size 31.
I have bought this watch back in 2016 in Singapore and I have been wearing it ever since.
In my video I am talking about the pros and cons of the watch and showing how I style it.

Absolutely stunning piece! In the UK it's gone up by 650 pounds , from 2019 to 2020 ...I don't know how many times they typically go up but I know they do, of course, a lot less than Chanel .

@@LolaB_AbandonedGeneration Heyy sure, 28mm, with diamonds inside , 2 tone (gold and stainless) is £9250. I highly recommend getting it duty free in Heathrow, you save a good 17%. Hope this helps :)

Lovely as alway. I’ve had my date just for over 30 years now and it still looks great! I could have purchased the all gold one at the time for just about 5k USD. But I’m glad I didn’t because I prefer the mixed metal look!

I’m debating on a 31mm vs. 36mm. I have a small wrist measuring 5 1/2 inches.
Aww unfortunately I don’t have a measuring tape at home.. 36 was too big for me
I’m a man with small wrist 16cm. Do you think that i can use the 31mm? I have a 33mm omega Constellation Manhattan and fits well
It’s quite hard to tell without the picture. If you like the way they look, why not? I love the look of the 36 but they are just too huge for me 😅 I think 31 is the best size

Is there a waitlist for the Rolex 31mm? I read somewhere that it's relatively easy to get 28mm and 31mm at the ADs.
Yes there is. Indeed, the size 28 mm seems more available. I see it all the time in the stores, while the size 31 is not available

I'd reconsider wearing the Love bracelet with the Datejust. The steel DJ, being a harder metal than 18k gold, will do a number on the bracelet.
It still looks ok after two years, but I know what you mean. Rouge cloth helps to remove all the micro scratches

It depends from which brand hon, if from Cartier, they look ok. If from other brands, the gold might be more pink.

Lovely. I’ve always thought Rolex was too masculine but the two tone with the jubilee bracelet looks nice. Women’s Rolex watches don’t appreciate like the men’s. If you had bought a 36 mm if would be considered unisex and might be worth more.

you are wrong that the price is the same now. Based on what you bought at $11,691. The price now has went up close to 20%. The same exact model is selling at SGD 13,970 now.
.That wasn’t the price that was quoted to me at the store. All the stores here provide a discount and I managed to bring the price down by quite a lot. Also when I went to the store I was told by SA that the price didn’t increase that much.
However it seems like all brands are having price increases now: Cartier, Van Cleef, Chanel, LV and Dior. Nothing surprises me anymore...

Tatty Uki it’s hard to tell, but it’s definitely too big for me. I tried it on in one of my videos. I think the design is very classy, but a lot depends on how it looks on the wrist. It might be too big

Nice choice ❤️ by the way 11.691 SGD is equal to 8000 CHF ( swiss Francs ) the price of the watch in Switzerland last year for size 28 was 8700 CHF , and this year 2020 is 9100 CHF, and size 31 exactly like yours is 9900 chf this year 😊 ( which means around 14.400 SGD ) So It is not the same price just for your information :) ... i am working in Switzerland in a watch Industry including Rolex ☺️ so you can count on my price information 😝 LOL

Black and Gold Style for some other countries it is actually cheaper to get the watch in Switzerland because of the 7% tax refund ☺️ ( I know it is not much 🤣) but many people want to get it here it’s because it’s kind of “fresh piece” the watch haven’t been travel far across the country. Because BUCHERER shop in Luzern Switzerland is the flag ship store for Rolex and also high end watches like Patek Phillipe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille , etc. ☺️ it is the biggest, and Rolex sent it from it’s factory 1st to this shop and then to many other shop around the world 😊

Black and Gold Style l go to the tropics every four months so reached out to Rolex community and most said no problem so been wearing mine without issues as well as my Cartier rings, bracelets and necklaces. So amazing to lay in a cabana decked out 🌴
