What a great place to spend some time and chill Chai. It appears to be every bit as good as those Islands in Thailand. I noticed the water is so clear also. Probably great for some snorkeling. Have fun mate 🤩
I'll tell you what - I remember taking ferries from SHV to the islands, and it's much improved. Despite the Chinese takeover of SHV, the ferry terminal looks clean and organized. Before you had to trudge through nasty mud and filth to get to the boats, but now it looks paved and clean. A definite improvement.
It looks so crowded now, It's been awhile since the last I visited this island in 2018. It's an awesome island I could say. I love it and it seems away better now
Once the techno canal gets built from Sihanoukville to PP, it will allow cheaper import and exports into and out of Cambodia while making Cambodia richer over time. Keep an eye on this project. It’s the single most important project in Cambodia in a long time.
Great video, however the bus is a better ride to the coast. Brand new buses with tv and WiFi. Big seats they give you a sandwich and water. The station is located right next to the night market it is $13 each way. it drops you off 5 minutes from the pier

I did stay at the Golden Noura Villa for a night but, like I’ve mentioned, I don’t necessarily recommend that one. I’d recommend TRIBE but if you are on a budget Residence 110.

Koh Rong Samloem is better in my opinion , better beaches and easier to get around island , and some nice places to stay if you are willing to spend a little !Only problem for me is that , there are very weak internet coverage , but otherwise its amazing place.

The toilet is bad, even as a Cambodian. I don't think the taxi should provide foreigner to such a low standard toilet, there are many great and clean toilet at PTT or TOTAL, I am sorry on behalf of the taxi driver who has no manner at all. He might think it is okay because his drive fee is cheap but still it makes Cambodia seems unprofessional when in reality most public toilet in Cambodia are not actually like that. Edited: Next year please come to Koh Kong when the national road is finished, it is mile better than Shihanouk Ville.
