It may be a clogged spark arrestor. Unscrew the arrestor from the muffler. If it is intact, you can hold the arrestor body with pliers and burn off any carbon build-up with a propane torch. Allow to cool and reinstall.
@@Pezzonovante916 i cleaned the arrestor too. What I noticed is that if I let the tank ventilate it will start within a few pulls. I think the heat from the garage makes the vapors flood the carb .
I have the same problem, new bulb new carb new plug new air filter. It’s hard to start .

Also, check your spark plug gap. It should be 0.020".
