And Fusion was originally intended to come before Super Metroid (the vaccine was taken from a live sample of the baby, not a preserved one) however, the final cut was pretty vague about it's placement, so Nintendo of America decided to place it afterwards when translating, since they didn't like that her suit suddenly changed in the "sequel". Of course, Metroid is far more popular in America than it is in Japan, so the creators went with it.

this is confusing me i thought X kills the host before being able to control it, so if the x was able to make ridely do its bidding then he must have killed him? but there was gonna be a new metroid game for the ds i think, i'm not sure cuz in prime 3 when you scan something somewhere it will say "project metroid (whatever the hell it was) is near complete" and that metroid (whatever the hell it was), people say hes gonna be in the next game

i think he dies in fusion cuz the x nearly killed samus if there was no metroid cure to take it out and give her metroid ability, and since the x infected ridely and took over him seeing how it only takes over when the target is dead plus there was no metroid to save him he is likely to die, but we may never know until the next fusion game comes out right? right?????
You are right, fusion is the last in the series (for America anyways) but in the slight possibility that Fusion was released the same way in japan it would be cool, but this is wrong because it says that the metroid saved her twice, in japan, fusion came out after super metroid but it takes place right after samus delivers the metroid to Ceres Station, it says that researchers didn't have enough time to conduct extensive research but they conducted some, fusion doesn't even last more than 5-

he doesn't die, he will never "die" he just gets a boo-boo from samus and then recovers and pwn samus more, there won't be another fusion game, and he doesn't die in fusion, since technically this was chronologically after fusion, again look it up on wikipedia (do an extensive search, don't just go to wiki and type super metroid, it may not be after fusion here but I'm absolute it was released like that in Japan)
he didn't die... he flew out of the station, look closely right after the crash. hes just that awesome, he will never ever die! he survived metroid, (and the zero mission remake) the prime series, he survived this game most likely, which took place after metroid 2 so he survived that, and Fusion was released chronologically out of order, it comes before super metroid (look it up on wikipedia) so Ridley, either dies here, or survives! considering he survived over 8 games, i think he survives!!!!
whats good about super metroid is tht u get to switch on and off some of ur powers. fusion gets annyoing sometimes cuz u cant switch off screwattack or anything else. wonder what would happen if u switch off ice missiles and use diffusion...
its because there are not creative anofe to make more villans take ganon theres is only about 2 or 3 games hes not in and bowser to there so dumb that they cant make more disent bosses so they use the older one that made a successe
Question: Why do you shoot enemies like those giant hopper things and the red Ki-Hunters when they take, like, five shots to kill? It's easier just to Screw Attack them since they were right in your face a lot of them.
Super metroid is before fusion and he dies for good in this game. In other M they Clone Riddley from dead cells on samus body, and in Fusion hes already dead when the X get him
what i wanna know is how long has samus been on the planet cause u see the container the metroid was in from the begining and when u meet the metroid again its big as ridley... almost
basically in fusion, he doesn't die. his real body is frozen. the x within that carcass that flew out still had his DNA in it, enabling him to mimic ridley, specifically, ridley x

I've noticed that if he cant kill you towards the end ridley will pick you up and selfdestruct. I guess he tries to kill you in the explosion but it does NO damage lol

Great Job. I remember that SUPER MISSLES are the key to beating Ridley. This last part in Lower Norfair & Ridley is the greatest part of the game.

Further up, I froze the Rippers (small flying beetles) to use as platforms, since it's just easier. Screw attack destroys them.
Use fraps if it's right from your PC. or from a tv, use a capture card with some kind of recording program.
