Usually. This brand of carts are made to well and are susceptible to wear and tear easier than some other brands of garbage cans. This arm also pinches the back cause the backs of the carts to crack.

These trucks are good for trash and recycle. If you use it for green waste the suck..! Especially when the can is over loaded or there's tree bunches.
