That was sure fun to watch and yes every time it crushed forward the sofa came back out.I bet a few of those could slow your speed dumping cans.Nice chanel I have trash videos too. Thanks paul
I never really cared for MSLs, but I spent years running a resi FEL. The packer isn't great for bulk items, but for general trash I think it works fine. It'd be nice if the crusher panel had something to keep the big stuff from riding back up out of the hopper, like a set of teeth.
Bravo!!! That was excellent!!!! Never saw that before!! The way you handled the arm. The packer blade on that truck isn't the greatest, usually see those on front loaders that do commercial pickups, you know, apartments etc. Are you allowed to do that, and would that do any damage to the arm?? But anyway, took me some time to locate someone who does hopper views with asl's. Could you put some more trash (not recyc) vids up for us?? The recycs are pretty much the same, paper, etc. Thanks!!!
I try not to look in the houses. If I saw that they were home and did nothing to clear the snow off of it, I'd get pissed. But yeah, I don't get out unless I have to.
Not bad! Did you notice if the residents were watching lol 'what's he doing' for 10 minutes haha, anything to stay in the cab right!
Rumor has it two weeks later they're still trying to get the couch into the truck !!
Awesome job!! I really hope you continue to make these epic hopper videos!

I'm loving the angle of the camera
Rear loader would have crunched and munched that in seconds, without the struggle shown here. Still fun to watch
Yeah, unfortunately we don't run any rear load trucks here anymore.
Awesome video. Love the view!
I'd prefer a FEL with a regular bucket for the big stuff, but to each their own. For the little bit of bulk items I get, this works fine.
Great video Joe!

Made for a great vid!
Bloody Fantastic.

Nice work!
Joe, you're doing an amazing job with your recent videos. Interesting that you are dumping trash here. I thought you did recycling?

I've got a split route on Thursdays; Trash first, then recycle.
I just drive what they give me.
It's a Swann Freestyle HD
plot twist: it was a homeless person's sofa
