Another way Aizen fits the archetype of Lucifer is how, as his illusion of being invincible was maintained, his transformations became more angelic looking, but once Ichigo came and started shattering that illusion, the next one became more demonic looking and had a more graphic display as it occurred.

Well said I guess you can say we got a glimpse of the true aizen in the battle and it was also reflected from his forms

Aizen was/is essentially a slave to his own ambitions and god tier ego. Ironically like with him nearly wiping out Karakura and it's people, both trying to change the status quo and maintaining it results in bloodshed. This is best seen in the way the ancestors and their descendants have kept the truth of the worlds hidden, assassination being a key component with Kisuke and Yoruichi both being a part of that with plenty of corpses left in their wake.

hes a slave to his obsessive scientific compulsion and curiosity he strives in challenging others and himself to the point where its actually detrimental to himself to some extent but he has the tools to always get over those obstacles even ones he doesnt see coming

@@chrisboricua1911That he is. It's safe to say he's literally too smart for his own good and craves too much of a challenge. His cultivation of Ichigo while not ending the life of the one man he acknowledges as a threat when he had him dead to rights really shows this. Aizen can't help himself.
