Lexus UX Lexion 10.25 Nav Screen Upgrade (2019-2022)

I noticed that there was no information on how to do basically anything on the Lexus UX platform. For anyone who didn't get the nav screen upgrade, this is the perfect solution. I did hours of research to find the best and most OEM looking upgrade. I think I have found it with the Lexion Automotive nav upgrade.
The screen supports all OEM features, only lose the feature to skip songs on the controller near armrest but steering wheel controls work fine.
Note: I did not install the included speaker, GPS unit, 4g LTE unit. There are extra cables on the harness that is included that will not need to be utilized. The purple and pink wires do not need to be spliced anywhere and the AV out does not need to be utilized. Just plug in the Audio, CAN, Power, and then connect everything on the back of the radio back in. Fish everything up to the screen and connect everything needed.
If anyone has any questions please let me know, this video is purely for any novice to advanced user who are tired of their ugly 7 in OEM screens.
This install is very easy and I can see basically anyone being able to do this, especially with my video.
The advance settings code is 8868123 for anyone wondering as well.

Tools needed:
- Pry/interior panel removal tool
- Phillips Head Screwdriver
- Flashlight
- 10mm 6 point socket
- Ratcheting wrench 3/8
- 1 stubby 3/8 extension and 1 3-4 in extension

I didn't see how you connected the radio in your video. The two plugs on the left and right are identical.

Do you have any battery drainage?? Due to the installation?? I installed a carplay unit on a Ct and battery 12v was dead in 3-4 days….
Just installed so I will do a long term review fourm post later! But according to them this screen doesnt have that issue. Alot of those errors are software related, this one has a different OS than many other cheaper alternatives

I have a 2021 UX200 with the trackpad. Will this touchscreen unit be compatible? Also, what do i do with the actual trackpad?
Yep it will work. You have to attach the dongle from the screen harness to the bottom of trackpad otherwise it wont work. This took me a while to figure out.
@mooncake205 do you know how to install door sill illuminating lights on the 19 ux250h?
Take off oem door stills, install new illuminated ones from lexus and it has the connection already

Do you have to do same dash removal to get the head unit out? I want to upgrade the speakers and add an amplifier but want to retain the stock stereo
@@thomaschannel9762 you would be tapping at the radio if you want to add amp and such. Do you have FB messager or Instagram? I could show you how my system is wired.
@@thomaschannel9762 to answer your question, yes you need to do the same removal to get the radio out. Just skip the parts relating to unbolting the screen.

Nope. They will not do this at the dealer.
Those cheap android screens are waste of cash. I installed one of those crappy quality squeaking lagging poorly connects glitching. Stay away from
