I love how both Mani sir and Rehman sir were able to beautifully adapt this movie and the songs into Hindi....coz it's not easy even recently so many remakes especially songs which get remade in other languages lose the essence of the original but just listening to this song and chup ke se I can confidently say they perfectly adapted it

Among the greatest songs ever composed in human history. The poetic magnetism this song displays is beyond anything we have witness before. The marvellous lyrics and tunes are like gods gift to the mankind.
I love this song and this version of the song even though I don't understand the lyrics without translation.. these lyrics just feel more intimate and playful compared to chupke se..which is also a wonderful song obviously.

Most of his song's original tamil versions are better than it's hindi versions. Maybe it is because the songs were designed along with the lyrics. Translating and adapting with the original tune will always be a challenge which in most cases ARR made look so easy.
@@get_ajai totally agree with you. Not many can do that and surely does require some clever work even on the part of the lyricists.
but for me, I usually dislike Tamil songs remade to Hindi but gotta admit Chupke se and Zara Zara from RHTDM are one of the songs that even hindi versions are beautiful..
@@Akshara_here definitely Hindi versions of those songs are so beautiful. That's why those of us who don't know Tamil also wanted to listen to the original. In fact the lyrics of chupke se is very beautiful but this one just felt more naughty, playful matching beautifully to the vocal expressions given by sadhna ji. We rarely see these kinds of songs these days. So both are treasures.
People who recommend stuff pls recommend videos with higher video and audio quality too...there are a lot of channels which provide raja sir nd rahman's song in very high remastered quality 😇🤗 cheers

🔥🔥♥️♥️♥️This is one of the best movies for romance genre. In Asian cultures they don't throw you out of homes once you become 16, and you stay with your parents/family at least until you get married or need a bigger home for comfort/privacy. 😆😆
So coming back to this movie, this was a pioneer of sorts in making a story where the love birds are unsure if their parents will accept their union, and they decide to get married in a registrar office but then go back and live with their parents just as usual, going to college and searching a job etc. But soon the parents know and they banish these from their household. How they overcome all the problems in marital life is what's the story about! That's the main reason for the song also to address the hero as her "secret friend", who is actually her husband!
