I’m regularly anxious whenever I think of doing raids cuz I don’t wanna be *that guy* that fucks it all up despite rewatching guides a dozen times with some of the best gear in the game…this gives me hope.

@@mattyo6874i had the same problem, dudes saying they KWTD but didn't, guys going sunbracers with healing grenade, guys with 50 resilience saying they wanna ad clear with not a single good weapon for ad clearing, guys dying alone with GL, etc.
This is the perfect time to start vetting for a contest team. Just make posts that actually ask for people that you require. And then once you get this down to an hour or less that's the team you want to move forward with for the next weeks.

I've been watching Sir D for a few months now and its exciting to see more of this guy and his friends
aztecross being really encouraging and willing to teach people is really cool
you were supportive when the team did well and there was no shame when stuff went wrong, and that's cool
always love when the other creators have a crossover with the SirD cinematic universe

I would do Pantheon but i only 2 encounters, those being Golgorath and Atraks, so I'd be a deer in the headlights on Caretaker and planets
You can run add clear on both of those if you're not knowledgeable about them.
For caretaker you can just play babysitter, by just distracting the boss and shooting its face/back whenever it glows. That's basically all the role does.
For planets you can straight up run add clear. All you have to worry about is killing the tormentor quickly whenever it spawns.
This truly made me miss doing LFG. I used to laugh so hard, best times in Destiny was doing LFG

Shooting the gaze is an important job. It may not be popular, but someone's gotta do it.
Final warning hitting 10k per shot with strand surge is nice. Once I get my cascade BNS edge transit it’ll be in my inventory 24/7

We don't know for sure, obviously. But Bungie has hinted at it being the hardest.
He was probably invited by bungie when they wanted feedback. He got the whisper coming back right as well as saying screw power creep and guess what all the brave weapons on pretty much best in slot
We were literally told by bungie that this is gonna be even harder than day one crota. They specifically told us they want it to be super difficult. @@chuyalvarado1631
People cant just say its the hardest raid when the raid hasn’t even been out yet day 1s are not meant to be easy its not for your average raid player root of nightmares was for newer players its just going to be like every other 24 hr raid again

Arbalest on golgoroths weak spot does 750,000+ dmg (or it does in the raid last time i did it)
Golgoroth was so buggy for me. Usually took one sniper shot, then some times I shot 3 times and it didn't give gaze.

I got lucky and got grouped with a bunch of competent noobs. We all never played any of the raids with the only experience being youtube videos. We even did the 1 phase parasite strat on atraks after about 5 attempts. Finished it in about 3 hours. Not bad for first timers, Im glad everyone stuck through to actually learn instead of quiting, hoping that someone would carry.

I CANT resist on saying this but please for the love of god LFG please take this group as an example cause in the end we just wanna have a good time, I’m sure I’m not speaking for myself when I say this, we wanna do raids too and have some fun as well in the process, me specifically Raids is the only thing I have not done in this game so again, LFG groups watch this vid and take this as an example of what many, many players that haven’t done raids want as an experience for doing them. I said what I wanted to say.

I did the golgoroth encounter as a hunter and somehow i died when i was doing dps. Nobody had unstable light , i wasnt at low health, i didnt blow myself up. I was completely fine and i just got killed out of thin air.
I wish I could do this, but bad experience with multiple LFG kinda sours my want for it.
Just finished it last night, took 9 different fireteams and over 10 people leaving with half of those people choosing to run important roles and being as communicative as a mime.

Yo this d2 kingsfall looks so much easier than what I’m used to, you get instant revives, ads are essentially 1 shot and taking gaze is the easiest thing to do in golg. Despite the fact I haven’t played d2 in years I’m a little disappointed they can’t even meet the challenge of d1s raids
