Erie trains transferred to the Lackawanna's Hoboken Terminal before the two railroads merged. Erie's Pavonia Terminal hosted Susquehanna commuter trains also. The Pavonia Terminal remained in service with a few tracks for Susquehanna and Erie Northern Branch trains after all other Erie line trains terminated at Hoboken. When the Susquehanna ended commuter service in the early 1960's, Northern Branch trains were moved to Hoboken. The Erie Terminal then was completely abandoned.

VERY well done and I enjoyed every minute of it!
A personal observation. I spent a very enjoyable afternoon at Fair Lawn's Radburn station in 2018. Not only was the train watching fun but I REALLY enjoyed the aroma of chocolate chip cookies drifting over the town from the now-gone Nabisco plant on Route 208. What a shame it's no more.
There's a very interesting photo in your Waldwick section that shows a rare occurrance. It's an Erie passenger train being pulled by a Fairbanks-Morse diesel! That's obviously the demonstrator F-M sent to the Erie. In the end though the Erie never bought any FM units so that's an unusual photo you found!
Thanks for posting and a great effort on your part!

Really nice as I was born on this line and grew up around spotting all kinds of locomotives in and out of Fair lawn.

Excellent job sir. Very entertaining. And those oldest locomotive pictures and videos are priceless.

Until NJ Transit took over the former Erie Main and Bergen County Lines, the line between Ridgewood and Suffern had 4 tracks. NJ Transit reduced the number of tracks north of Ridgewood to Waldwick to 3. North of Waldwick, the number of tracks was reduced to 2.

That is correct. There is a small train storage yard. There was a wye for turning steam engines and diesel cab units, but I don't know if it's still in service.
