You all deserve to be the first, Best Truck Channel Out There! Has to be a great feeling to be the first to bring the 19 Ram to MOAB, I am a bit jealous
Looks basically like the last model of RAM and will probably be just as unreliable. The new chevy looks awesome and I bet will out perform the RAM in everything. The only thing RAM is doing better is the interior, which who really cares?
Just watching this video now with my 21 Rebel, borla atak, 35 inch ko2's, fox 2.5 elite dsc 2.5 inch lift lmao. Just installed the wheels and tires during summer gonna finally get to test em out now that its desert season
You guys are the best. Seriously. You are the only channel that answers all of my questions and give me the information I (a truck guy) needs to make an informed decision. If I started a UA-cam channel, it would be TFL Truck. Keep up the great work!
It's about 8:40 AM here where I live, so I'm going to save looking at this video for my dessert after supper this evening! These TFL videos are usually that good.
Nice video! Glad they added rear locker. Too bad no power bump. And MAN!!!! its still the best looking truck on the road BY A COUNTRY MILE! As for that exhaust sound? Nothing a 14” MagnaFlow can't solve in a hurry!
Awesome job guys, there is sort of my next Truck: '19 Big Horn in that gorgeous Billet Silver w/Rebel Fender flares, Off-Road, Aftermarket Black Wheels, and Hemi E-torque; Rebel vs Big Horn with similar interior options is about 5K more than Big Horn, so that is significant for the Average Buyer.
IMHO this is the Ram 1500 that has a real opportunity to take the number 2 slot from Chevy in half ton truck sales. The Rebel seem to be much better equipped for off road. The e locker is head and shoulders above the G80 in the GM. Also you can get a 3.90 rear end. The only rear gear available for the Trail Boss is a 3.23. GM decided to stick with the tiny sunroof for some reason, and their interior is a lot nicer. That oversized sunroof in the Ram makes great visibility for backseat passengers on outings like these. I'm excited about a head to head competition.
Nice production value on this video. I'm not a Ram guy but I enjoyed this. I can't wait to see what you do with the Trail Boss. Hopefully you test all the available engine options
Get a tradesman, $30k and add. I built basically the rebel for under$38k total. 5.7, 4*4, 8sp, skid plate all stock. Bought wheels, tires, f flares, Eibach springs, 5100 shocks, auto front locker, and a few more. Great way to save a buck.... Or $20,000!
Great music selection on the rock crawling segment! I half expected Gregory Peck, Jean Simmons and Chuck Connors to come riding out of the sagebrush. The Big Muddy couldn't have been far away!
I lied, and couldn't wait,...besides it's cold windy and raining outside, and I 'd rather sit here and watch TFLTruck. So this video is NOT YOUR'E AVERAGE autovideo,.....( yes this is one word, I just invented it !!,...haha) this is a great video....and I like this truck. You two guys, Andre and Nathan, did a really good job. FCA should give you a big 'thumb's up' for this work. Thanks.
Guys, this has got to be one of your best videos - sincerely appreciate the review! I just purchased one of these bad boys, and really looking forward to picking it up tomorrow. Again kudos on another great video.
I like that they made the back seat a little bigger. I just hate that they are only putting the reclining feature in the higher trim levels. It should be in all trim levels.
Am I the only one who thinks it's funny that Nathan has a pop socket on his phone? You guys are awesome and I love content like this. Keep up the good work!
I finally saw the tire size for the 2019 Rebel, cannot be found anywhere. Your shot of the tire was just enough to see the ratio 275/70R/18.These videos are getting better, I like the hard-core shots with the music, could use more Rock and Roll but great video. I think the air ride helps to keep the truck abnormally lifted where traditional suspension would dip and sag. Especially if the truck was fully loaded, then other trucks with more approach and departure may be worse off because the air ride holds a consistent height and is always working to level the truck, thus even though the angles are somewhat poor the air ride helps it out, again especially if the truck was loaded down vs a traditional suspension being loaded down that would have other trucks sagging much worse.
A great option if you guys don't have a front camera is using your gopro with the phone app and it has a live shot from Bluetooth. Just an option if you don't have a spotter
Shell gasoline will give you better gas mileage than generic no name fuel. I get between .8 mpg better to about 1.5 mpg better in all 3 of my vehicles depending on city country or highway driving. I love that truck. Great job on those rocks guys!
Nathan you're right, the 19 RAM Rebel needs just 2 more inches of lift...So, throw a set of 35" on there and now you're down to just an inch...There are ways to offset an inch...This is a seriously good truck that MUST be considered by anyone looking to buy in this range (uh, me). Just don't know if I want to wait 4-6 more months for the e-torque...Hmmmmm
Great video, as always! I WANT this truck! haha I have a 2007 Ram 1500 RC/SB 4x4, with the 4.7 V8 and 5 spd. It amazes me that this truck is larger, lower gears, bigger tires, nearly double the HP and gets BETTER fuel mileage! :)
The only statement in this video that I disagree with is "It would take a lot of money to get a normal truck to this level". Maybe in terms of luxury, but not in terms of off-road capability. Aftermarket suspension, tires and locking differential would be relatively cheap in the aftermarket. In most cases, this is the route you want to go if you plan on spending a lot of time offroad. Other than that, the video was great.
Great video. Makes me miss Colorado (native). But the biggest thing I took away from this, is that my KL should be able to breeze through fins and things.
I believe the new RAM 1500 is the best pickup truck ever built. The interior design is beautiful. Unfortunately here in Italy, we have only "little" pickup truck like Nissan Navarra...
Kinda weird when you know every place you guys were from start to pretty much finish. (only been to that part of CO twice) I agree on the exhaust. First mod I did on my PW. Debating about removing the fart can, just worried about drone in the cab. Decent price on the Rebel. Peace!
87 octane in the Hemi? That's the "acceptable fuel" not the "recommended 89"...I have had that engine in my '14 Ram 1500 Laramie and '12 Jeep Grand Cherokee, yeah when the price per g was ridiculous I might bow to 87 but for the most part always used 89 in both and never had an issue. Anyone else have "long distance experience" with either fuel? And yes, I am leaning toward the Rebel in a year or two, in white, after they get some of the bugs out. Thanks guys...awesome as always!
I really enjoyed this large-format video. Thanks for the awesome review! Was up all night working on my 2000 Ford F150 trying to troubleshoot a stubborn misfire/low idle
Great video guys, thinking of trading my Titan xd cummins in on this truck as my towing needs have changed slightly. Looked like a really fun trip and besides that departure angle and the quiet exhaust I'm loving the truck. A 2" lift and more aggressive exhaust sound and it looks to be a great option. Keep up the good work.
One of the best videos ever. Love how it is a story of road trip. Kinda wish if it was longer lol. Nathan is funny and always looking forward to see him in videos. Hope to see more of these in the future. Also wanna see chevy trail boss vs ram rebel if possible. That will make a sick video.
It will really be a hard decision when shopping for a new truck this time . I've always been a ford.man and would just go the ford dealer., but now I don't know whtch.way.to go . Great video as usual. Thanks for.all the information.
Mr. Bluegrass Well, if you can hold off, while the 19 RAM is a great truck, RAM has some tricks up its sleeve coming in the next few years. FWIW, I left Ford in 2011 and Ive had 5 RAM 1500s since then. Great trucks and this 19 is even better. But now Im in the Alpha Truck....Power Wagon, and its truck Nirvana.
Sterling Pilgrim Well that’s rumored plan for the Raptor. However, RAM WILL make a Rebel TRX Raptor fighter within the next two years. It’s a for sure thing. There will be two models. One model will be Hellcat powered. The other will have a different engine that they are hinting will be a 7.0L HEMI. Like I said, stay tuned. Things are fixing to get crazy.
Still debating on trading my in my 16’ Rebel for a new one. But just as he hit his rear bumper and tow hitch on rocks, I did too. So I have a pretty good size dent in my my bumper, and with the angle being decreased even more, I think I might stay with my truck for now. Although... the amenities do seem well worth the price.
I own 2016 Rebel overall a sweet truck. if your buying, the airbags are the way to go. It lowers at 62 MPH for aerodynamics. Be sure also to get the 3.92 diff. big difference in take off and overall shit & Git.
I'm hardcore mopar and they have some great features on this new truck but unfortunately they ruined the styling and it doesn't make me want to go to the dealership. Sad day.
You all deserve to be the first, Best Truck Channel Out There! Has to be a great feeling to be the first to bring the 19 Ram to MOAB, I am a bit jealous
I’m a die hard Chevy guy and I hate fiat but the new ram looks so much better than the Silverado.
Looks basically like the last model of RAM and will probably be just as unreliable. The new chevy looks awesome and I bet will out perform the RAM in everything. The only thing RAM is doing better is the interior, which who really cares?
Those who drive their trucks to work everyday?
RAM also has the smoothest riding suspensions making the drive more comfortable. Chevy is said to have a pretty rough ride.
Necrotic Reaper I've had all 3 big name brands of trucks. Chevy has the superior ride. Dodge is second, Ford is third.
Agree. They suck on reliability
FCA makes the funnest line up of vehicles on the market right now. And most of them are pretty attainable too.
Nice truck!
Best auto channel out there period.
I've always liked the Rebel trim ... beautiful looking truck and clearly very capable.
Nice job fellas. Looks like a 2" lift on coils with an aftermarket exhaust and you're golden!
Just watching this video now with my 21 Rebel, borla atak, 35 inch ko2's, fox 2.5 elite dsc 2.5 inch lift lmao. Just installed the wheels and tires during summer gonna finally get to test em out now that its desert season
This is the first time I’ve ever said, “I want a Ram.”
FCA is killing it 👍
Killing peoples bank accounts also!

Anyone else notice how the cameras refresh rate matched the truck rims at 1:02
Bring on the Rebel TRX!
It’s finally cominh
@@ZmannR2 It's here!
I see ram brought back the third gen style blind spot mirror, for a non tow mirror. I like it.
lOVE THAT VIDEO, RAM has changed the game for good. What an amazing truck!!!
We didn’t make you the most popular- my friends you earned it by providing awesome content and real life reviews! Thank you!
Love the ultra wide cinematic feel, ever consider making a whole video like that?
You guys are the best. Seriously. You are the only channel that answers all of my questions and give me the information I (a truck guy) needs to make an informed decision. If I started a UA-cam channel, it would be TFL Truck. Keep up the great work!

These TFL videos are usually that good.
Whoever does the editing on these videos is on point! Job well done.
Zamora yes except for the duplications from the entry, I agree. Those were quite annoying.
Nice video! Glad they added rear locker. Too bad no power bump. And MAN!!!! its still the best looking truck on the road BY A COUNTRY MILE! As for that exhaust sound? Nothing a 14” MagnaFlow can't solve in a hurry!
Nucl3ar Family best looking?
Best....looking.
Definitely looks better than last years Rebel, and a good looking truck overall but the best part is all subjective.

Thanks.
Nathan, Andre great fun video. Thanks for a great showing of the new Rebel . TFL really is the best !
Great video, with great landscapes, great truck and great guys of course ! Keep going !
Good production value here, y’all have come a long way over the years with that.
These two are my favorite on the channel. The new RAM Rebel is my new dream truck.
Guys, this has got to be one of your best videos - sincerely appreciate the review! I just purchased one of these bad boys, and really looking forward to picking it up tomorrow. Again kudos on another great video.
I was pulling my hair out watching the Ram plow the front end like that on the last obstacle. Fun video guys!
I love my 2016 Rebel. Only thing I'm envious of is the rear locker. An LSD can only do so much and is no substitute for a true, lockable rear.
Great video. Love these new Rams. Would get the same truck and add the Ram Boxes.
Kudos to FCA for letting you guys run this beauty the way we want to see it!!!!!! Very smart and much appreciated.....great video!
I would like to see the 2019 Tundra TRD Pro, 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss, 2019 Ram Rebel and 2019 Nissan Titan Pro 4X!
I like that they made the back seat a little bigger. I just hate that they are only putting the reclining feature in the higher trim levels. It should be in all trim levels.
24:22 beautiful scenery. Love the bridge above the road. Looks amazing. Its incredible how beautiful out country is.
Am I the only one who thinks it's funny that Nathan has a pop socket on his phone? You guys are awesome and I love content like this. Keep up the good work!

A fix for the exhaust note is literally just changing the muffler. I got a Magnaflow on mine. Sounds badass, plus got a little boost in fuel economy.
Got it! #1 aftermarket part is the tow hitch 👍🏻 it will work miracles!
Excellent review and video guys. Tons of thanks for sharing these adventures (and sometimes misadventures) with us.
A great option if you guys don't have a front camera is using your gopro with the phone app and it has a live shot from Bluetooth. Just an option if you don't have a spotter
YAY my three favorite things Moab, Ram Trucks, and TFLT!
Thx 4 being amazing TFL!
Thank you tfl. I'm loving the new ram 1500 and I want 1 or 2
I never even considered a Dodge until I saw this video. That’s one sweet truck.
89 Octane Recommended - 87 Octane Acceptable , 0-15 % Ethanol ( Do NOT use E-85 )
That's what's in the book 👍🏻
Thank you guys for doing these reviews, Great job as always reviewing trucks that men want to see. And you come across as real 👍
Nice work guys. Gonna be a hard choice for my next truck, but I know you'll give me all the best reviews of them all!
Shell gasoline will give you better gas mileage than generic no name fuel. I get between .8 mpg better to about 1.5 mpg better in all 3 of my vehicles depending on city country or highway driving. I love that truck. Great job on those rocks guys!
Easily one of my favorite videos from y'all.

I've been watching a lot of videos on the RAM Rebel. This may be my next truck.
Great video guys! Love the road trip and Moab vlogs.
Amazing, on how nicely put together the video is.
i wish i‘d live in the US the landscapes gorgeous, the trucks are gorgeous, so manny dinners and restaurants, seems like heaven! nice video!
Great review, watching it as it snow outside my window. I really am liking the new Ram, even the redesigned front end is growing on me.
TLFtruck... Great job fellas! Really appreciate all the work.
Great review! Beat that truck into submission for the audience. For science!
FOR SCIENCE!

rebel over raptor.
reason : hemi
LOL
Do you know why its called a hemi???
Answers the question:
It means hemispheric heads
Stop sniffing glue...doof
I believe the new RAM 1500 is the best pickup truck ever built. The interior design is beautiful. Unfortunately here in Italy, we have only "little" pickup truck like Nissan Navarra...
I also have a 2019 Rebel, from Salt Lake City Ut to Moab, my Ram recorded 20 mpg, but right before the trip I, installed a K&N air filter
Kinda weird when you know every place you guys were from start to pretty much finish. (only been to that part of CO twice) I agree on the exhaust. First mod I did on my PW. Debating about removing the fart can, just worried about drone in the cab. Decent price on the Rebel. Peace!

That was just plain cool.
The extra back seat room was absolutely worth sacrificing 1 degree of break-over. Those back seats are massive
Saw the Jeep Engineers testing the 2019 Rebel on Fins and Things with a bunch OF JL's on March 21. Good looking truck
I really enjoyed this large-format video. Thanks for the awesome review! Was up all night working on my 2000 Ford F150 trying to troubleshoot a stubborn misfire/low idle
Great video guys, I'm liking the new RAMs ! Murica !
I traded in my 17 Rebel for the 19 PW. I just wanted the Crew Cab and 6.4 bed. Oh and that winch.........
I came expecting an actual review of the truck. I feel let down but at the same time I don't care because this was just a cool video to watch!
Great video, that truck would be perfect with 2 more inches of lift and 35’s from factory. I’m sick of having to practically giveaway my take offs.
Great video! TV show quality!
Great review. I seriously considered getting either a 2500 Power Wagon or a Rebel. This will be the next purchase! Cheers!
Great video guys, thinking of trading my Titan xd cummins in on this truck as my towing needs have changed slightly. The only thing that may keep me in the Ford camp is if they drop a V8 in the raptor again.

Mr. Bluegrass I have a 17 Rebel and it makes the F150 feel terrible.
Mr. Bluegrass, I regret buying my 2017 Raptor.Ford= UNRELIABLE.
Still hate the rebel grill but love the side look and interior
SO HAPPY FOR THIS VIDEO!
Love ya Nathan! You remind me of a manager I had at Costco. You're awesome man!
So much happy guys. You lucky to have good job.
So I wonder is it better getting the steel springs because there's a 2"lift available from Mopar that you can put on the RAM
Love this content, GREAT video guys!!!!
This is awesome! Your content keeps getting better and better. Really enjoyed this video series!
Still debating on trading my in my 16’ Rebel for a new one. But just as he hit his rear bumper and tow hitch on rocks, I did too. FYI- TRD Pro Tacoma has best approach angle 35 degrees and 9.4 inches of ground clearance.
Pretty awesome video guys! Let’s get more like this! 👍👍👍
Just took a drive in our 2018 F150 King Ranch. Cincinnati, Ohio to Atlanta, Georgia. Less than one tank. Avg. 22.3 MPG.
brent vance what engine and trans does it have?
3.5L ECOBOOST.
😂😂3.5L
Xxplicit ya my 15 ram Hemi crew will avg 23 mpg on the highway
Who else is a fan of losing 4 cyl just to have them kick in against a head wind? 3.5L eb 10 spd all day everyday.
The Ram has great looks and a great interior. I will be trading in my 2016 GMC Sierra.
BRO, get a skidmark 4x4 for that tow hitch. I have no affiliation with them they just ROCK when you drag that azz end. Love the vid boys.
Jeez that's a beautiful truck! Great video guys! Loving this Rebel more and more every time I see it!
ram reviews is the only reason im here
This channel is freaking awesome guys! The only thing you should add is a couple women to do some reviews. That would really put it over the top!!
Awesome video guys. I am definitely thinking about buying one at the end of the year.
