- HELLO AND WELCOME to Madison Angling! Even though it isn't a "fishing" video, I am too excited about my new motor to not shoot a quick video! After some thought and some nickel & diming from the old motor, it was time to go the repower route - rather than waiting for something to go catastrophically wrong with the old motor, I decided to repower mid season while I was actually able to get a new motor. HUGE THANK YOU to Ken's Sports in Kaukauna, WI for getting me rigged so quickly! Absolutely love the new v8 250 Pro XS

I was fortunate to find a dealer that had the motor in stock. It was ordered for another boat, but the buyer decided they wanted to go bigger, so this motor was just hanging out. Install was 1 day, and was about $1000 to de rig my optimax, put it on a shipping pallet, and hang/rig the new motor (which in my opinion is a very reasonable price). I found this one at Kens Sports in Kaukauna, WI. Great people to work with! Very impressed by their professionalism and fast turnaround.
