- No. But we do need to be more careful with what we support.

Video answered in 4 seconds, great and fast video PaV, cya next time.
I think the current AAA industry is dying leaving AA/indie to take their place. Also I moved to Fedora KDE like 3 months ago and with what has been going on with Windows 11 and Microsoft since then I feel like I chose the best timing ever to make the switch lol
I can't wait for the day where all the dev teams quit their respective corporations and go indie/AA so the corpos go bankrupt all cause they couldn't make basic choices
This video has already aged 😢 GoT has already been delisted from non psn countries because of the psn requirement for multiplayer even though devs confirmed you dont need it for single player.
FUCK
Told you, you guys always celebrate too soon. Never trust sony.
Man out here using monster hunter village music trying to subconsciously make me play more monster hunter
gotta get you excited for Wilds lmao

Unpopular opinion:
I think the video game industry that WE KNOW is currently dying. The publishers are incredibly out of touch and are having difficulties balancing pleasing the shareholders and pleasing the fans. They're too busy trying to squeeze every single penny out of the consumer while not even providing a good product. I think we the consumer don't realize just how much power we actually hold. Most people don't actually vote with their wallets, they don't look out there at the smaller indie devs that are trying to create the product people want, but lack the funding and attention.
Personally I think we should abandon AAA games, but that's just me.
Here's a few indie games that I think should be spotlighted:
Wind Runners by Ludic Studios
Poetry of Blood: Eclipse by ZeroGameStudio
Memora Wanderer by Deer Flip Games
Whisker Squadron: Survivor by Flippfly LLC
Well at least Sega hasn't done any bad decisions-
*SEGA may want to make Persona, Sonic, and Yakuza/Like A Dragon yearly releases*

Daily game commentary like this when?
For retro is there some appeal to play on original hardware?
Depends on the original hardware and what you are looking for.
If you were specifically trying to develop a homebrew game or mod which you know works on the original hardware, it is pretty important to have that original hardware to test.
Otherwise, unless key features can't be emulated well (Solar Sensor in Boktai) or you want the tactile feel of using the correct input/output device (also possible without original console hardware), you'll be fine I think.
do you play any open source games?
I don't specifically seek out open source games. I've played a couple in the past like a Sim City 1 remake and some Doom and Quake. (They technically count lol)
I'm aware of Red Eclipse tho. Kinda cool looking deathmatch shooter with some neat parkour mechanics.
No. Good games come out all the time. Video game industry is doing fine.
Damn bro, at least make it like 5 seconds into the video before commenting lmao
