- if you installed an aftermarket bumper on your 21+ f150 and your truck now,
has no cruise control,
has no collision assist,
collision assist triggers when cars pass,
brakes lock up driving,
here's why and here is the fix.

product may or may not fix the issues entirely and is an aftermarket part and should only be used at owners discretion. we assume no liability in damages caused from improper use of said products.
Awesome that you set out to fix the problem yourself.
Man you got a nice product there, hope you get some legal advice before you sell that bracket. Good Luck Buddy.
That’s excellent design work!
Thank you
I have just discovered that Ranch Hand has recently released the Midnight bumper for 2021 - 2023 F150. Are you going to install that one soon
This is excellent!
I'm thinking the boys at ranch hand don't want to lose their job security.
Sucks that RH/Lippert didn't see the value you possess although for them they probably hired someone at the lowest possible salary range. I like the way you chose to showcase it. The underhanded middle finger is awesome. Come u with some tshirts and raise the patent funds that way. I'd buy something to support the cause.
You know thats a dam great idea. Put "we found someone who better suit our needs" on the back lol
@@JDSOutdoors lmao
I owned one for about 2 weeks....Couldn't ever get the sensors to work. If it wasn't the parking/proximity sensors going off it was pre-collision alerts. Ended up going with just the brush guard. Disappointed.
Well if you decide to get another one I have the fix. It's on dozens of trucks now with great success
how long ago was it, theyday they have fixed it. did you have the grille guard or which exactly one
Bro so ranch hand used you ? Did you get paid at least?
Was this just a F150 thing? I installed the same bumper on a 2022 F350 and the sensor is sideways - no issues.
Do you have adaptive cruise
@@JDSOutdoors yes, and crash avoidance - just went out looked at my sensor and its sideways recessed back in the bumper..installed 2 weeks ago.
@@sstoner911 weird. Must be only the f150 then.
Patent that son of a gun, before Ranch Heads does. Do it before you sell them, cover your six brother! All the best!
The patient will cost more than I'll ever make selling them.
@@JDSOutdoors, don’t sell yourself short brother. You have a life saving fix, that alone will get the patent moving. Ranch Hands did you wrong, you should not allow them to do that. You are doing a great service to the public, still serving after you served!
Hell, I say to any of your subscribers, if they are willing to pitch in and help you get it done, let’s start a GoFundMe page, and get that party started. I don’t know how to organize all that, but I will kick in to help out! This is an opportunity of a lifetime! Carpe Diem!
Semper Fi!
@T3 Angling I really appreciate it man, I'd feel pretty guilty with a go fund me for myself. From my research a patient is around 10 grand and then you have to pay to fight people trying to copy it. Idk I don't think this is worth it. However the whole reason I bought a 3d printer was for a new power box design and parts I may look into doing a patient on that. That is the real money maker.
Like I said a while ago. Lippert only cares about themselves and are all about squeezing $ out of people anyway they can. Probably a good thing they passed on you. As always nice work!
@@JDSOutdoors, I understand. Have you checked into a host of Veteran Business Owners out that could help you out? There are course available through universities where you get legal counsel for a year, CEO’s, CFO’s, and others come in and speak, and hear your presentation, from there match you up with people in those industries to help Veterans own business, design, fabricate, some even get college students onboard and they take in your idea for a grade. Then you can have prototypes, etc., to go market your stuff. I don’t recall off the top of my head, what it is. I’ll find it and forward to you. Thanks again. Appreciate you and all you do! My gpa told me once “Make sure you get paid for your ideas, or someone else will!” Peace brother!
