Just found out about repositioning cruises and to my surprise, the cruise that I’ll be on “NW Prima” will be repositioning back to NY from Italy the same day I was to come back home to Texas so I extended our stay for hubby and I and will be enjoying the return cruise at 87% discount. All in all we’ll be on Prima 22days total…Retirement is wonderful😊
Did you ever consider Freighter Cruises ? You have a cabin and live and eat with the crew. Rooms are fairly large. A good way to chill out , read books, relax , ect. Like getting back to basics with time to relax, reflect and catch up. I believe that that wi fi for free which is great .
Wow I cannot believe how timely these two videos that I've seen the first one being rewards points and now this one This is perfect I'll be selling my house on the 25th and it's like this perfect I can do a cruise and a trans-pacific will be perfect. I just subscribe to your cruise channel and I think all your other channels maybe I'll see anyway thank you all so much for these.
Love it! A repositioning cruise is definitely on my "to do" list. It's fantastic point that your cruise channel is basically paying for your cruise travel. Another good point of encouragement to get a channel going!
We are taking a cruise from UK to UK in 2025 and then a 2nd one from Spain back to the USA. Excellent way to spend 2 weeks with no worries and cheaper than plane tickets home! We do have 100 shares of Carnival too! We will be using it for an 8 day, 6 day, 9 day and 15 days
So happy to hear you have gotten to the point to pay for the cruises/trains and actually makes some money. You’re a great channel to get great info! Been watching you for a long time and when you come up, I know I will enjoy the time spent watching🙏
What a new idea to me! Radical. This is the second time I'm watching this video of yours. One of the new options and way of thinking I've gained because of you guys. Thank you.
Good information. We are discovering that the mandatory gratuities are budget killers. How do you factor the mandatory ship gratuities into your budget and/or have you figured out a way to get them waived? If this is addressed on your cruise channel, please direct me to the relevant videos there.
You can ask the gratuity fees to be removed from your account. We just did a cruise 2 months ago. Very simple, they don't ask questions or make a big deal about it
We are taking a repositioning cruise in 2 weeks. We will travel from Miami to Los Angeles via the Panama Canal on Celebrity. Several years ago we re positioned. from Santiago Chile to Miami
Thank you for another great video...I have been wanting to learn about repositioning cruises and have it on my "to do list" to study your cruise channel but just haven't had the time yet, so, very grateful to see this video here today to sort of jumpstart my cruising education...thank you!!! 👍☺️
What do you do about the ‘fancy’ nights on the ship? You don’t talk about fancy clothes much. Also, can you do a video sometime about your planning process and how far ahead you plan your travels? Thanks!
Hey love your videos! Just wanted to give you a heads up about a deal on hello landing. If you book your stay before the end of April you can get a free membership. A savings of $399. We just booked with them for a stay in May. I remembered you mentioned you were going to try them too. Also different people and face book have a coupon for$250 off your months rent! Awesome savings! Hope you get a great landing !!
We're taking a repositioning cruise from Southampton to Florida this year with Celebrity. Apart from 3 nights in Halong Bay, Vietnam, this will be our first cruise of any type. We're really looking forward to it. Cruising has never really appealed as the stops aren't long enough for our type of exploring. Transatlantic, on the other hand, is a great way of travelling and much more fun than flying.
I just subscribed to your Cruise channel and will be checking out your videos. I'm heading to Costa Rica next month for six months and will be planning my next adventure. I only have one YT channel if you want to visit. Safe travels.
Like you, my husband doesn’t like to fly very much. What is your strategy getting to Asia from Europe if you take a repositioning cruise from the US to Europe?
So you shared how much your cruises were Did that include gratuities? because that's a big chunk of change as well. We booked our first repositioning Cruise for April of 2025 going from Tampa To Civi tavecchia Italy The price is started at 750 Each then the port fees For additional 200 each And then the gratuities were over 500 for a grand total of 2,400 for the cruise and that's just for a cabin midship ninth deck let me know I would be curious to know❤ thank you
Recent sub here. I heard about you from 30 and a Wake Up. I haven't checked out your cruise channel yet, but I will. Do you have a preference for which cruise line you like to use for repositioning cruises?
How many months in advance do you plan your itinerary? I have heard you talk about Visa extensions so I know it must be somewhat fluid. Thanks for sharing the info.
So, from a finances (taxes) perspective. Are your cruise expenses considered business expenses? Since this and your Cruise specific channel is part of your business model. I think these are incurred expenses required for generating UA-cam content. Since it is tax week, this is my focus.
Are there any times of year that you would not take a trans Atlantic or pacific cruise because of bad weather? My daughter is very worried about it lol
Make a lot of sense when you talk about the $4,000.00/ month budget. For the whole cruise there are little to no extra expenses and everything is provided for you.
How do you manage rough seas? I hear just about all Transatlantic/Pacific cruises hit rough patches and it’s not ideal for those prone to sea sickness.
What a great way to look at how creating content can more the cover the expenses. Not just on cruise channels but on this type of travel and financial channels. 😊👍💪🌍 🛳 Nice tip with the stock holder credits 👍

I'm envious, enjoy! It's my plan in 20 years.
Wow you guys. In my almost 50 years on this earth I had never heard of this! You're awesome!!! Thanks for sharing!
Take away your "almost" and I'll say ditto!
my favorite way to avoid long flights!!!
I have no problem flying, but the thought of arriving with no jet lag sounds wonderful.
Really cool if you were gonna spend on hotels, also.

How do you find these?
It’s not cheap at all though.
I was wondering how to find the repositioning cruises and you answered it perfectly! This was so helpful!
Currently watching on a RCL Transatlantic cruise 🛳️😅
Leisurely, money-saving cruise with multiple food options, or 12+ hour flight sardined into Coach with airline food. Hmm 🤔
😂

I'm in! If you have the time and money, this is ideal. I'd sail and hang out in Europe and sail back on the return route.
Cruise is the best vacation option If we do math right this is even cheaper than resort stay. Good share my friend

Leaving Sunday on the Ascent Ft Lauderdale to Barcelona 🚢

I so want to do a repositioning cruise!

Great timing for this video. I'm planting a trip on a cruise ship and this is a great option.
Planning on a transatlantic to Spain in March 2026.
Very useful information, thank you so much and hope to go on a repositioning cruise in the future! Enjoy guys!
What do you do about the ‘fancy’ nights on the ship? You don’t talk about fancy clothes much. Also, can you do a video sometime about your planning process and how far ahead you plan your travels? Thanks!
I’m interested in doing a repositioning cruise through the Panama Canal. Still deciding on which coast to begin.

How did you get the upgrade?
Cruising has continued to cost more and more. The transatlantic are costing more like $2500 to $3000 for a balcony for two.
Travel hack the high seas!
How do you find affordable hotels in the US in major cities?
Thanks for sharing

Never Knew!
Like you, my husband doesn’t like to fly very much. What is your strategy getting to Asia from Europe if you take a repositioning cruise from the US to Europe?
What. Type of room do you get? Drink packages? What do you require?
So you shared how much your cruises were Did that include gratuities? because that's a big chunk of change as well.

Loved my transpacific to Sydney. I want to do Asia to US or maybe just Australia to US in the spring of if I can get organised / get a good price!
We are doing a transatlantic to Barcelona. Needing a hotel. Which hotel do you recommend in Barcelona? Also need a recommendation for Rome. Thank you.
Recent sub here. I heard about you from 30 and a Wake Up. I haven't checked out your cruise channel yet, but I will. Do you have a preference for which cruise line you like to use for repositioning cruises?
can you get one over and find one back or does that not happen that often?
We've done it, but it's unusual
Please give us the link on learning how to make you tube videos. We are going on a cruise in May!
How many months in advance do you plan your itinerary? I have heard you talk about Visa extensions so I know it must be somewhat fluid. Thanks for sharing the info.

I think the course they offer on UA-cam will be helpful for business planning.
Are there any times of year that you would not take a trans Atlantic or pacific cruise because of bad weather? My daughter is very worried about it lol
Can you bring small dogs on repositioning cruises?
Do most cruise lines offer on board credit if you own stock in the cruise line, or just Carnival/Holland America? Thanks.
Royal and celebrity give on board credit,
Did you hear about the red cruise ship and the blue cruise ship that crashed into each other at sea?
All the survivors were marooned.
😂😂😂
Make a lot of sense when you talk about the $4,000.00/ month budget. For the whole cruise there are little to no extra expenses and everything is provided for you.
A little off topic but a burning question...What mobile phone company and plan do you use when overseas for extended periods? Love the channel.
They use and promote airalo, which is an e-sim company. They have a link to the company on the description of their videos.
How do you manage rough seas? I hear just about all Transatlantic/Pacific cruises hit rough patches and it’s not ideal for those prone to sea sickness.
I've been on several transatlantic cruises and haven't ever had rough seas.
I use the pressure point wrist bands and candied ginger. I’d also consider motion sickness tablets for evening / sleep but the other 2 worked fine
For me this does not seem at all cheap it seems quite expensive. I think traveling solo makes it really expensive.
Oh, you mean it's not a round trip?
What a great way to look at how creating content can more the cover the expenses.
Not just on cruise channels but on this type of travel and financial channels. 😊👍💪🌍 🛳
Nice tip with the stock holder credits 👍
