You should allow the motor to warm up before draining oil this allows all the contaminants in the oil to come out. Also remove the oil fill cap when draining allows oil to follow better , And that drain plug was on way to tight as you can strip this very easy
The dipstick really shouldn’t be supplied. The filler neck is effectively a level plug and the oil should, as he says, be filled to where it begins to drip out. If at any time the level drops with use to halfway down the thread, it’s time to top it up. If ever there’s no oil on the dipstick, then the engine is probably already ruined due to lack of lubrication and improper maintenance.
What the other commenter said, also depending on the orientation of how the motor was installed for its application may render the other side of the motor useless to drain and check the oil level. Think of it being too close to the frame to get your hands in. Just switch the dipstick to the side that is easiest to use and drain, fill, check from the easy side.

So what is the black cap orifice used for just for air flow?
Didn't have much oil in your washer when you drained it. Thank you.
1.1 quarts. If you put in just one youll only be about halfway up that dipstick.
Nice rain!
thx!
Don't use a torque wrench. But I get it....
Сколько литров в минуту насос у вас?
👍
Can't I just tip it to the side and drain through the oil top up as I do with my lawnmower?
U don't need too, just take the oil plug out.
Сможешь мне такую же тележку отправить?
Thanks

Just drill a hole below the 12mm hole. I just did that onn my power washer it make so much easier without mess. stupid design..
Didn’t even show dipstick before cleaning it
Yes he did, come on don't be a dipstick!!!, lol. No ur right he didn't show before.
Why is there two oil fill holes..
You did not say what the second one is for...
they both are the same, so you can use the dipstick in whichever suits you, this guy had no idea
