粘米粉 = rice flour 澄面 = non-glutinous flour / wheat flour / wheat starch (if not found 澄面, can use 2 table spoon corn flour / cornstarch replace) turn the heat off and let it completely cool down, after that, add flour and mix it well.

回想六十多年前本人在母親教導下開始第一次於農曆新年前蒸蘿蔔糕而份量比例沿依至直今。原因是材料份量比例恰到適中,所有親友食過之後都同聲叫好。剛巧閱讀此影片後觸發本人的興致道出蒸糕的要缺,如下:~
材料:蘿蔔=五斤(每斤為16両計)連皮。
粘米粉=12両
鷹粟粉=4両
要缺 :加入鷹粟粉之作用是要令糕身幼滑和混
成一團不易鬆散。
蘿蔔去皮洗淨刨成之後放入鍋內烚
之時必需要放入一湯匙幼白沙糖,作
用是要將蘿蔔本身的苦澀消取令到蒸
出的糕很美味。又,不要加入水來烚
蘿蔔會自動出水。

Try to avoid plastic steamer and go for stainless steel one for health purpose.......
the idea of using plastic containers for cooking is beyond me. it's just only common sense nothing about rocket science.
